Supplementary Notice for the 2021 National Bridge Class A Club League (First Station)

The 2021 National Bridge Class A Club League (the first leg) will be held in the near future. The supplementary notice of the competition is as follows:
1. Game time
April 12-15, 2021
2. The venue of the competition
Jingang Hotel, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province (No. 51, Yangshan Road, Jiangbei District)
3. Registration
(1) All participating athletes must be individual members of the Chinese Bridge Association and registered athletes of the Chinese Bridge Association at the same time. The representative qualifications of participating athletes shall be subject to the Class A clubs registered in 2021. Supplementary registered athletes must complete the supplementary registration before April 7. formalities. Foreign athletes are not allowed to participate in this competition.
(2) Each category A club can apply for 1 team to participate in the league. Each team can apply for a team leader, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes. Each team has at least 4 registered full-time players of the club.
(3) All clubs must complete the registration on the bridge network event before April 7, and send the electronic version of the registration form to the mailbox of the competition area.

2. Division
(4) Please inform the competition area of the room requirements at the same time of registration, so as to arrange housing.
(5) Registration fee: 5,000 yuan per team, collected by the organizer, to subsidize the lack of funds for the competition, and will be remitted to the designated account after the online registration is approved.

(6) System card
When registering, each team must send the Chinese system cards of all the team's playing partners and the electronic versions of the attached pages to ccba@sport.gov.cn. Teams that do not submit the system cards will not be accepted for registration. The Chinese Bridge Association will send the system card received to the team that has submitted the system card by e-mail.
(7) According to the "Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of National Bridge Events" and territorial epidemic prevention requirements, all participants (including team leaders, coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days before they can participate, and implement "Health Code" green code access system. Athletes from medium to high risk areas are not allowed to participate.
(8) According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in the competition area, all units are requested to register in strict accordance with the requirements of the participation methods in the competition regulations, and must not exceed the number.
4. Team leader meeting
The Organizing Committee will hold a team leader meeting at 20:30 on April 11 in the Golden Port Hall on the fourth floor of the Golden Port Hotel. Team leaders are invited to attend on time.
5. Dress Code
Teams participating in the league must dress in accordance with the Class I dress code in the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules".
6. Accommodation
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the food and lodging of this event will be arranged by the organizing committee. All participants will stay in the competition hotel uniformly, and each club will dine in the designated dining area. Each team is responsible for the cost of room and board.

7. Registration
(1) The referee and arbitration committee will report to the competition area on April 10.
(2) Teams should report to the competition area before 14:00 on April 11.
(3) Check-in location: Ningbo Golden Port Hotel
(4) When registering, each team must submit the "Negative Nucleic Acid Test Certificate within 7 Days", "Health Declaration Form" and "Epidemic Prevention and Control Commitment" to the conference for inspection, and check that the "Health Code" is a green code, otherwise No entry.
(5) After the Organizing Committee has verified the reported materials, it will arrange for all personnel to receive nucleic acid testing and sampling in the isolation area. Only if the test result is negative can they participate in the competition. Athletes who fail to report on time are not allowed to enter the arena and participate in the competition until the nucleic acid test results are qualified.
8. Traffic
(1) From Ningbo Lishe Airport to the hotel, it is about 40 yuan by taxi.
(2) From Ningbo Railway Station to the hotel, take a taxi for about 12 yuan.
