The 2nd Wujiang Tongli Cup National Bridge Masters Competition Regulations

1. Game time:

December 2-4, 2010.

2. Competition location:

Tongli Town, Wujiang City, Jiangsu Province.

3. Participants:

16 pairs of high-level players from China will be invited to participate. include:

(1) Athletes who have won world championships and national male and female teams.

 (2) One pair each of the top six clubs in the 2010 National Bridge Class A Club League. Each pair is required to be the original pair, with a total of 10 appearances in 2 stations or 7 appearances in a single station.

(3) The previous champion.

(4) Players from Jiangsu Province.

4. Competition method:

(1) The synchronous Howell system is adopted. 8 decks of cards per round, 15 rounds. Ranked by IMP points. There is an upper limit for the points scored in each round, and there is no lower limit for the points lost.

(2) The competition does not have an arbitration committee. When there is a dispute with the referee, the chief referee can change the judgment after fully listening to the opinions of all parties and consulting relevant opinions.

5. Rewards:

(1) Ranking Award: A total of 53,000 yuan

1st place 20,000 yuan, 2nd place 10,000 yuan, 3rd place 8,000 yuan, 4th place 6,000 yuan, 5th place 5,000 yuan, 6th place 4,000 yuan

(2) Single prize: 1,000 yuan will be awarded for the first place in a single round (15,000 yuan in total).

6. Participation fee:

(1) Each contestant shall pay an appearance fee of 1,000 yuan by the conference.

(2) The board, lodging and travel of the contestants shall be borne by the conference.

7. Registration:

(1) The contestants should register with the Chinese Bridge Association on November 22, and other contestants will be arranged to participate after the deadline.
