4. Date and place of competition: 1. Competition time: February 11-14, 2011

2. Venue: Xuzhou Institute of Technology

5. Competition items: open team competition, open double competition.

6. Participation method: The education department (Education Commission) of the province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government is responsible for the registration work in the region.

(1) Registration: All member institutions of the Bridge Branch of the Chinese University Sports Association can apply for participation.

(2) Conditions of entry: The athletes must be teachers and staff of colleges and universities across the country.

(3) How to participate:

1. Each team is limited to 1 leader, 1 coach, and 4 to 6 athletes.

2. All participating in the competition must form a team with the faculty and staff of the school, and cannot form a joint team across schools. Team competition is limited to 1 team per school, and double competition is limited to two pairs per school (work permit is required to participate in the competition).

3. Registration: All teams should report to the competition area on February 10, 2011.

7. Competition method:

(1) The competition implements the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and "China Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Competition Law (Trial)" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

(2) Competition method of the open team competition: The competition adopts 10 rounds of Swiss shift competition, and each round will play 12 decks of cards, and all rankings will be ranked according to VP points.

(3) Doubles competition method:

      The Open Doubles event consists of one preliminaries and one final. The preliminaries are based on the Mitchell grouping system. It is estimated that 18-20 decks of cards will be played. The results will be calculated according to the unified scoring method of the whole game, and the top 24 will enter the final. The final will be played in a 12-table Mitchell system with 11 rounds and 22 decks of cards.

(4) The competition will be drawn by the competition team of the conference and the chief referee.

(5) Each pair of players should bring 3 copies of the contract card, 1 copy will be submitted to the competition team for review at the time of registration, and the other 2 copies will be brought to the table during the competition.

8. Rewards: The top 8 of each competition will be rewarded and awarded a certificate.

9. Funds: 800 yuan per person for board and lodging is required at the time of registration, and 800 yuan for each team.

10. Rules for the selection of referees and arbitration committees shall be formulated separately. Matters not notice.
