Each registered unit:

The registration of the 2011 bridge event is about to start. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows. All relevant units are requested to go through the registration procedures for the corresponding athletes in time in accordance with the notice to ensure their qualifications to participate in various national bridge events in 2011.

1. Athletes who participate in the Bridge Competition of the Second National Intellectual Games, the 2011 National Bridge Association Championship, and the National Bridge Class A Club League must be registered annually by the corresponding registration unit.

2. The registered athlete must be an individual member of the Chinese Bridge Association, and the membership is in a valid state (the membership number has been activated on the Chinese Bridge Network and there is no arrears). Registration shall be conducted in accordance with the principles of voluntary, open, legal and orderly, and athletes and registration units shall jointly ensure the authenticity and integrity of the registration information of athletes.

3. For athletes who are still within the validity period of the representative qualification agreement, if they continue to register on behalf of the original unit in 2011, the registration unit must confirm the registration in 2011; The athlete exchange agreement signed by the double registration unit), the exchange unit and the athlete.

4. Relevant regulations on the priority of registration of athletes:

(1) For athletes whose qualification agreement expires, the original registration unit shall enjoy registration priority. During the registration priority period, if the original registration unit needs it, the athlete can only sign a representative qualification agreement with it.

(2) In the first annual registration period after the expiration of the athlete agreement, if the original registration unit is willing to continue to retain the athlete, but fails to sign the representative qualification agreement, the registration priority must be submitted to the Chinese Bridge Association during the registration period. Report. Otherwise, the priority of registration shall be terminated from the date of expiry of the registration period.

(3) The registration priority period has expired. If the original registration unit fails to re-sign the representative qualification agreement with the athlete, the athlete can choose the registration unit independently.

5. Athletes registered by the Chinese Bridge Association Class A clubs and Class B clubs should be double-registered to participate in the 2nd National Intellectual Games and the 2011 National Bridge Association Championships.

6. Athletes are only allowed to represent one unit in the same sequence (provincial, municipal bridge associations and industry sports associations are the same sequence, and Class A and Class B clubs are the same sequence) in one registration year. Short-term exchanges (communication period shorter than 12 months) are only applicable to athletes between different sequences, and athletes within the same sequence are not allowed to conduct short-term exchanges.

7. The annual registration period for bridge players in 2011 is from January 1, 2011 to January 31, 2011. Units and athletes who have not completed registration, confirmation and communication during this period will be deemed to have given up their qualifications to participate in the relevant competitions in 2011. Except as stipulated separately in the competition regulations, supplementary registration and communication by athletes will not be accepted at other times.

8. The China Bridge Association will publish the 2011 registration list on the China Bridge Network www.ccba.org.cn in time after the registration.

9. In 2011, the registration materials for national bridge players to be submitted to the Chinese Bridge Association include:

(1) First-time registered and re-registered athletes:

1. One clear copy of the household registration book and ID card;

2. The representative qualification agreement in the unified format of the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China in 3 copies (each self-affixed 2-inch bareheaded ID photo);

3 3.1-inch passport-sized photos;

4. The unit's "2011 Bridge Athlete Registration Summary List" (one electronic version and one paper document each).

(2) Athletes whose registration is confirmed:

The unit's "2011 Bridge Athlete Registration Confirmation List" (one electronic version and one paper document each).

(3) Athletes who communicate with:

1. 5 copies of the exchange agreement for bridge players communicated to the unit;

2. The unit's "2011 Bridge Athlete Exchange Summary Table" (one electronic version and one paper document each).

(4) Athletes who are willing to continue to be retained by the registration unit but fail to sign a representative qualification agreement:
