Supplementary Notice for the Second Station (West Lake Station) of the 16th Hangzhou Bridge League

The second leg of the 16th Hangzhou Bridge League will be hosted by Xihu District. The competition-related matters are hereby notified as follows:


1. Organizer: Hangzhou Sports Bureau


2. Organizer: Hangzhou Xihu District Culture, Broadcasting, Tourism and Sports Bureau, Hangzhou Bridge Association


3. Game time:


May 29-30, 2021 (end of morning).


4. Competition venue: Xihu District Cultural and Sports Center (No. 217, Qingchuan Street)


5. Registration:


1. West Lake District, West Lake District, Xiacheng District, Shangcheng District, Fuyang District, Jianggan District, Yuhang District, Binjiang District.


2. Hangzhou bridge enthusiasts are free to form teams to participate.


3. At least 4 members of all participating teams are members of Hangzhou Bridge Association.


4. Participating units must report the registration list to: Xihu District Culture, Broadcasting, Tourism and Sports Bureau and Hangzhou Bridge Association before May 25. At the same time, the Hangzhou Bridge Association will register online in the local organization of China Bridge Online. Each team is responsible for their own board and lodging. 5. Registration fee: 500 yuan/team for urban teams, 300 yuan/team for Hangzhou fans, please pay to the competition area when you register. Youth teams (students) are exempt from registration fees.


6. Competition procedure:


1. Each pair of players must bring two copies of the written Chinese system card used by the pair to the table for their opponents to check when participating in the competition. Carrying a system card stored in the form of an electronic document is deemed not to be carried, and its content is for reference only.


2. The game uses the screen. All appointments must be reminded on both sides of the screen. Inquiries and explanations are carried out in writing. If the written method is not used, the loss caused by the deviation or misunderstanding that cannot be identified due to communication problems during the inquiry and explanation process will not be protected.


3. A player can only represent one team to participate in the competition. If two or more teams participate in the competition, the results of the other teams participating in the competition except the first team will be cancelled.


4. If there is an equal score in the tie-breaker, the first item of paragraph 2 of Article 44 of the rules shall be implemented. The sum of the basic points (TP) of the two teams shall be compared, and the team with the most points shall win; .


5. The number of cards in the 100% points arrangement competition and the additional point arrangement competition is 8 decks per round.


7. Competition time:


(1) Playing time limit: All players are required to take their seats 5 minutes before the start of the game and prepare for the game. Late arrivals are subject to Article 21 of the Rules.


(2) Competition time limit: 10 decks of cards, 1 hour and 20 minutes

(3) When the deadline for the game is reached, all the cards that have not been called will be cancelled, and the cards that have been called will be allowed to exceed the time limit of 5 minutes, and the timeout will be punished according to the relevant rules. The game is stopped after the time-out time has elapsed, and unfinished cards are awarded adjusted points.


Eight, with points:


In the second stage of the competition, there will be no points for the all-win points-arranged competition; the additional points-arranged competition will include 30% of the VP of the qualifying competition.


9. Discipline and Etiquette:


(1) Players must turn off their mobile communication tools when entering the arena. In the event of a violation of the rules, the opponent should immediately call the referee.


(2) Smoking is prohibited in and around the competition venue.


(3) It is forbidden to discuss the cards played with others and make loud noises in the competition venue during the competition. If the deck of cards at a certain table is invalid due to the discussion and discussion of the game, in addition to reporting criticism on the field, 2 VP of the relevant team will be deducted. Any further violations will result in disqualification from the remainder of the round. All participants must report to the referee immediately if they hear other people's comments or discussions about a certain game during the game, and must not use the information privately to gain improper benefits.


10. Registration:


All participating teams should report to the competition area before 11:30 a.m. on May 29. The youth group should report to the competition area before 8:00 am on May 30.
