The supplementary notice on the pre-finals of the bridge event of the 14th Chinese Games Mass Competition is as follows:
1. Game time
Preliminaries: July 5-11, 2021
Finals: August 20-27, 2021
2. The venue of the competition

3. Competition method
(1) Preliminaries
1. Team competition: There are 2 stages of competition.
Teams in each group will arrange their seed numbers according to the total master points of the Chinese Bridge Association of the participating teams (the accumulation of master points of the 4 athletes with the highest master points of each team). Master points are calculated based on the registration deadline.
(1) The first stage: a point-based competition (round-robin competition is used when the participating teams are less than or equal to 16)
There are 7 rounds of competition, 12 decks of cards in each round, and the rankings are ranked by accumulated VP points. The top 2 qualify for the finals, and the 3-10 teams advance to the knockout stage of the second stage.
(2) Stage 2: Knockout
Elimination 1-1: The four teams ranked 3-6 in the first stage play 36 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters, and the third-placed team has the right to choose an opponent from the fifth and sixth-placed teams. The winning team will be ranked 3rd and 4th according to the results of the first stage, and will qualify for the finals, and the losing team will enter the knockout round 2-1.
Elimination 1-2: The four teams from 7th to 10th in the first stage will play 36 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The 7th team has the right to choose an opponent from the 9th and 10th teams. The winning team entered the knockout round 2-1, and the losing team ranked 9th and 10th according to the results of the first stage.
Elimination 2-1: The two losing teams in the 1-1 elimination round and the two winning teams in the 1-2 elimination round will play 36 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters, and the team ranked first among the 4 teams in the first stage They have the right to choose their opponents from the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team will be ranked 5th and 6th according to the results of the first stage, and will qualify for the finals, and the losing team will be ranked 7th and 8th according to the results of the first stage.
2. Doubles: It is played in two stages.
(1) Phase 1: The competition method will be determined according to the registration situation.
(2) The second stage: using the complete Howell rotation.
The top 10 in the amateur group of the double competition will qualify for the final, and the number of pairs of the open group of the double competition will be determined according to the registration status of the final participating pairs, and will be announced before the competition.
(2) Final
Play according to the rules of the game.
(3) Each pair of athletes shall bring the Chinese system card of the playing partner and the paper version of the attached pages in duplicate to the competition table.
4. Registration
(1) The registration shall be in units of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and Industry Sports Associations.
(2) Each team can apply for 4-6 athletes for the team competition, and each team can apply for 2-3 male athletes and 2-3 female athletes for the mixed team competition. There are 2 athletes for each pair in the double competition, and there is no restriction on the gender of the athletes in the double competition.
(3) Preliminary registration
1. Each unit can apply for 1 team/pair in each group of each sub-item. For the team competition, each team can apply for one leader and one coach.
2. All participating units must submit the preliminaries registration form stamped with official seal, the qualification certification materials of athletes' representatives and ID photos (electronic version) to the Bridge Department of the Chess and Card Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration before June 15. All materials are required Send the electronic version to the email address: ccba@sport.gov.cn, and complete the registration on the China Bridge Network event at the same time. Late registration will be invalid.
Requirements for ID photo: Named with name + ID number, and send the ID photo of the whole team in the form of a compressed package. Image format requirements:
(1) Recent (six months) 2-inch frontal bareheaded electronic color photo
(2) White background without border
(3) The size of the digital photo is 320*240 (4:3) pixels
(4) The photo format is jpg
(5) File size 10kb-1024kb
(6) Artistic photos and photo remakes are not allowed
3. Units that have obtained the qualifications for the direct finals must submit all the registration materials to the Bridge Department of the Chess and Card Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sports before June 15, and complete the registration in the China Bridge Network event at the same time.
(4) Final registration
1. In the final team competition, each team can apply for one leader and one coach, and each pair can apply for one leader and coach in the double competition.
2. In the team competition of the finals (including the teams qualified for the direct finals), a maximum of one pair of athletes is allowed to be adjusted on the basis of the preliminaries, provided the athletes are qualified. No change of players is allowed in doubles.
3. Each participating unit must submit the final registration form with official seal, the adjusted qualification certification materials of athletes' representatives and ID photos (electronic version, the requirements for ID photos are the same as above) to the Chess and Cards Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration before July 20 Bridge Department, all materials need to be sent electronically to the mailbox: ccba@sport.gov.cn, and at the same time complete the registration on the China Bridge Network event special topic, late registration will be invalid. If there is no change between the finalists and the preliminaries, they only need to submit the registration form.
4. Each unit must send the Chinese system cards of all participating partners and the electronic versions of the attached pages to the registration mailbox at the same time as registration. Teams that do not submit the system cards will not accept their registration. The Chinese Bridge Association will send the system card received to the team that has submitted the system card by e-mail.
5. If there is a team with abstaining from registration in the final, the vacant final qualifications will be filled in order according to the results of the preliminaries.

5. Registration
(1) Each team in the preliminaries shall report to the competition area 1-2 days before the competition, and leave the meeting one day after the competition. The registration time for the specific competition items is as follows:
1. Men's team competition, women's team competition: before 20:00 on July 3;
2. Mixed team competition and double competition: before 18:00 on July 7.
(2) The teams in the finals should report to the competition area 2 days before the competition, and leave the meeting 1 day after the competition. The registration time for the specific projects is as follows:
1. Men's team competition, women's team competition: before 20:00 on August 18;
2. Mixed team competition and double competition: before 20:00 on August 22.
(3) Check-in location: Jiaxing Fuyue Hotel, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province (No. 28, Zhonghuan West Road, Jiaxing City)
(4) At the time of registration, each participating team must submit to the Organizing Committee a personal identification certificate, a personal health examination certificate from the medical department at or above the county level, and personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way to and from), and submit it to the organizing committee. "Negative nucleic acid test report within 5 days", "Personal Health Commitment", and check that the health code is green, otherwise the competition will not be accepted.
(5) After the Organizing Committee has verified the reported materials, all personnel will be uniformly arranged to receive nucleic acid testing and sampling in the isolation area. Only those with negative test results can participate in the competition (the cost of this nucleic acid testing shall be borne by the Organizing Committee). Athletes who fail to report on time are not allowed to enter the arena and participate in the competition until the nucleic acid test results are qualified.
6. Cost
(1) According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the pre-finals and finals will be arranged by the organizing committee. All participants will stay in the competition hotel and eat in the designated dining area. Closed-loop management is implemented in the arena, and teams that do not stay and dine in designated hotels are not allowed to participate in the competition.
(2) Preliminaries
1. Each team is responsible for its own board and lodging expenses.
2. Accommodation: Fuyue Hotel, 400 yuan for a double room (including two breakfasts) and 400 yuan for a twin room (including two breakfasts).
3. Meals: Lunch is 80 yuan/person/meal, and dinner is 100 yuan/person/meal. Meal tickets must be purchased in advance at the time of registration.
(3) Final
1. The Organizing Committee will arrange room and board for the regular staff of each delegation (team) in accordance with the standards of the National Games.
2. Food expenses
(1) The regular staff of each delegation (team) shall pay 100 yuan per day to the organizing committee for meals, which shall be paid uniformly at the time of registration.
(2) The regular members of delegations (teams) in the western region are exempted from paying for meals.
(3) All delegations (teams) will be responsible for their own meal expenses for early arrival, delayed departure and over-staffing.
(4) The venue hotel for the super-staffed staff can provide buffet meals, and the meal tickets must be purchased in advance at the time of registration.
3. Accommodation fee
(1) The accommodation fee for the regular staff of each delegation (team) shall be borne by the organizing committee.
(2) All delegations (teams) will be responsible for their own accommodation expenses for early arrival, late departure and over-staff members, and the standard is the same as the preliminaries.
