Supplementary Notice of the Bridge Competition of the Second National Intellectual Games

The bridge competition of the 2nd National Intelligence Games was held on the first floor of the Gymnasium of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, Wuhan City, Hubei Province from November 8th to 18th. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the competition, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:


1. Registration


(1) The referees appointed by the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China shall report on time on November 5 in strict accordance with the direct route and the prescribed travel standards. The place of registration: Sunshine Hotel (No. 517, Luoyu Road, Hongshan District, Wuhan)


   (2) All participating units should report 1 to 2 days before the start of the competition, and the arrangements for staying in hotels are as follows:


(1) 18 teams from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Guangxi, etc., report at the Hubei Hotel (Wuchang District 10 Hongshan Road).


(2) 19 teams from Hunan, Guangdong, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Qingdao, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Coal Mine Association, Chemical Industry Association, Macau, etc. Check in at Hubei Haoyuan Xinhaitian Hotel (No. 30 Hongshan Road, Wuchang District).


(3) 9 teams from Tibet, Locomotive Sports Association, Financial Sports Association, Petroleum Sports Association, China Construction Sports Association, Communication Sports Association, Electronic Sports Association, Electric Power Sports Association, Hong Kong, etc., report at Ruian City Hotel (Luo, Wuchang District). Expenses for early registration and late departure are at your own expense.


(3) All participating units should report the time of arrival in Wuhan, the arrival location of the train, the flight number, and the arrival station of the bus to the Logistics Reception Department of the Organizing Committee before November 1st for pick-up. If you fail to report within the time limit, you will be deemed to have arrived at the hotel by yourself and will not be picked up.


 All participating units must submit a Personal Accident Insurance Policy (including during the competition and on the way to and from) when registering. They cannot participate in the competition without insurance.


2. Accommodation and transportation


  (1) Room and board arrangements


1. The standard of room and board for each participating unit is 200 yuan per person per day.


2. After the registration of each participating unit is confirmed, those who cannot arrive for some reason must notify the logistics and reception department of the organizing committee before November 5, so as to check in and check out of the hotel, otherwise the hotel housing deposit (240 yuan/person) will be charged. ).


3. Each participating unit is requested to send staff to count and confirm the room and board situation of the unit on that day, so as to handle the subsequent refund procedures.


4. All teams will have their meals at their hotel.


(2) Transportation Arrangements


1. The travel expenses of each representative team shall be borne by themselves.


2. Referees will be reimbursed according to the direct route and specified travel standards.


3. The Organizing Committee will arrange the pick-up station and the transportation during the competition.


3. Organizing Committee Meetings and Technical Meetings


    The bridge competition committee will hold a joint meeting of the team leaders and coaches before the game. Please attend the relevant personnel of each team on time. The specific time and place are as follows:


   (1) A meeting of all referees will be held at 9:30 on November 6. The meeting place will be on the ground floor of the Gymnasium of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.


   (2) A joint meeting of all project leaders and coaches will be held at 14:00 on November 8, and the meeting venue will be notified separately.


4. Other requirements


    (1) If the participating units have special requirements for housing and catering, please submit them in writing to the Logistics Reception Department of the Organizing Committee when the second liaison meeting is held for coordination.


    (2) According to the relevant regulations on accommodation in Wuhan, contestants must provide the original ID card (or the original household registration book) when checking into the hotel.


(3) According to the relevant requirements, athletes must submit their original second-generation ID cards and the Athlete ID Card (C Card) of the Olympic Games before participating in the competition.


   (4) All participating units should report the return information (arrival place, time, flight schedule, train number, bus schedule) to the logistics reception department of the organizing committee in writing within 2 days after registration, so as to handle the return ticket and delivery to the station. . If the return information is not reported within the time limit, it will be deemed to resolve the return by itself.
