Bridge teams and group member teams in each region:

The final match of the 16th Hangzhou Bridge League will be held by Linping District. The relevant matters of the competition are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Organizer: Hangzhou Municipal Sports Bureau

2、 Organized by: Hangzhou Linping District Bureau of Culture, Broadcasting, Tourism and Sports, Xingqiao Sub district Office of Linping District, Hangzhou Bridge Association

3、 Time: November 20-21, 2021.

4、 Venue: Cultural and Sports Service Center, Xingqiao Street, Linping District, Hangzhou (No. 622, West Section of Ouhuazhou Street, Linping District)

5、 Registration:

1. Linping District, West Lake District, Shangcheng District, Gongshu District, Fuyang District, Binjiang District, Shiqiao Association Team, Jianggan Team, Xiacheng Team, South to North Team, Dongchi Technology, Hangzhou Lansheng. Participate in the finals

2. Bridge enthusiasts in Hangzhou can form a team freely to register for the fellowship tournament.

3. At least 4 members of all participating teams are members of Hangzhou Bridge Association.

4. The participant shall submit the registration list to Hangzhou Bridge Association before November 12. At the same time, Hangzhou Bridge Association and the search WeChat applet "AI Moves Hangzhou" participate in online registration in local organizations of China Bridge Online. The accommodation of each team shall be provided by themselves.

5. Participants must be in good health and have a healthy green code. They have not been to areas with moderate or high risk of epidemic disease in the first half of the month. All teams and themselves shall be responsible for any injuries and illnesses during the competition. Each team shall purchase personal accident insurance for its members. 6. 5. Registration fee: 500 yuan/team for the finals and 300 yuan/team for Hangzhou fans. Please pay the competition area when you register. The youth team (student) is free of registration fee.

6、 Competition method:

1. A total of 11 rounds of round robin competition will be held in the final, with 8 cards in each round, and the teams with more VPs will rank first.

2. There are two stages for more than 12 teams to register for the fellowship competition. In the first stage of qualifying, there are five rounds of point arranging competition, with eight cards in each round. The top eight teams enter the elimination competition. In the second phase of the knockout phase, the teams ranked 1-8, 2-7, 3-6, 4-5 in qualifying will be played. The first and fourth teams in qualifying will be in the upper half, while the second and third teams will be in the lower half. The subsequent matches will be automatically rounded up. Each round of the elimination match has 16 pairs of cards, which are divided into the upper and lower sections. If there are less than 12 teams registered, the single round robin competition system will be adopted.

3. The number of the teams in the finals is ranked from high to low according to the ranking points of the sub finals. The highest team is Team 1, and the lowest team is Team 12.

4. For the round robin, the round robin table of 12 teams in the appendix to the China Bridge Competition Rules (2018) shall be used.

7、 Rank:

1. The accumulated qualifying scores of the first place in the five stops will be 13 points, the second place will be 11 points, the third place will be 10 points, and so on. 13 points for the first place, 11 points for the second place, 10 points for the third place, and so on. 120% of the qualifying points of the sub race will be added to the qualifying points of the final, and those with higher points will be ranked first. The top 12 finalists will be awarded.

8、 Competition procedure:

1. Each pair of players must bring 2 copies of the written Chinese system card used by the pair to the competition table for reference. The system card stored in the form of electronic document is deemed not to be carried, and its contents are only for reference.

2. The competition uses the screen. All agreements require that both sides of the screen should be reminded, and the inquiry and explanation should be conducted in writing. If no writing method is used, losses caused by deviations or misunderstandings that cannot be identified as responsibilities due to communication problems in the process of inquiry and explanation will not be protected.

3. A player can only represent one team in the competition. If he represents two or more teams in the competition, the results of the other teams except the first team will be cancelled.

4. Implement Article 44 of the Rules for the same score, and compare the IMP rate of relevant teams in all competitions at this stage. The higher team ranks first. In the elimination match, the number of pairs of winning cards (including the cards with 10 basic points) shall be compared first, and multiple players shall win; If they are still the same, play an additional deck of cards until the winner is decided.

5. At the end of a round (section) of the game, the players of both sides should check the results of the whole round of the game before leaving the table. Otherwise, the score shall not be increased, except for the entry error of the position confirmed by both the players and the confirmation of the referee.

9、 Game time:

（1） Time limit for playing: All players must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the game to prepare for the game. Article 21 of the Rules shall be implemented for lateness.

（2） Time limit: 8 pairs of cards for 1 hour

（3） By the deadline of the competition, all the cards that have not been called will be cancelled. The allowed timeout period for the cards that have been called is 5 minutes, and the overtime will be judged according to the relevant rules. The game will be stopped after the timeout period is reached, and the unfinished cards will be awarded adjustment points.

10、 Discipline and Etiquette:

（1） Players must turn off their mobile communication tools when entering the arena. In case of violation of regulations, the opponent shall immediately call for a referee.

（2） Smoking is prohibited in and around the venue.

（3） It is prohibited to discuss the cards played with others and make loud noises in the competition venue during the competition. If the deck of a table is invalid due to discussion and discussion of the game, 2VP of the relevant team will be deducted in addition to a notice of criticism on the court. In case of further violation, they will be disqualified from participating in the rest of the round. All participants must report to the referee immediately if they hear others' discussion or discussion about a certain game during the competition. They must not use this information privately to gain improper benefits.

Each team shall report to the competition area before 11:30 a.m. on November 20.
