1. Competition time and place

From August 18th to 21st, 2011, the first- and second-level team competitions were held at the Party School of Shaoxing Municipal Party Committee.

From November 11th to 13th, 2011, the third-level team competition was held in Hangzhou.

2. The organizer

The Shaoxing Bridge Association was entrusted to undertake the matches of the A and B teams, and the Provincial Bridge Club was entrusted to undertake the matches of the C teams.

3. How to participate

All group member units can sign up for the competition. Each team can apply for 1 team leader and coach, and 6 team members. Participants must be individual members of the Zhejiang Bridge Association and hold an individual membership card of the China Bridge Association. Each team is allowed to have 2 non-provincial members to represent the team.

According to the results of each group member team participating in the provincial bridge championship in the previous year, they will participate in the corresponding level of competition.

First-class teams: Hangzhou Xizi, Zhongsheng Sports Association, Taizhou Jingfan, Jiaxing Golden Eagle, EX Clothes House, Zhoushan Haishi, Provincial Organs, Wenzhou Yutu, Zhoushan MasterCard, Taizhou Yuhuan Shijin, Taizhou Jiaojiang, Huzhou Guohe, Huangyan Xunda, Jiaojiang Third Team, Ningbo Hongtai, Shaoxing City.

Team B: Shaoxing Zhongsha, Quzhou Traffic, Wenling City, Zhuji City, Locomotive (Jinhua), Tongxiang City, Wenzhou Yingtian, Cixi City, Fuyang Qinwang, Jiaxing Tianyi, Wenling Second Team, Jianggan First Team, Huangyan Team , Jiaxing Liangyou, Linhai team, Yongkang team.

Class C team: open registration for each group member unit, limited to 36 teams, until the quota is full.

Participating players must bring two copies of the agreement card to the game.

Each player can only represent one team in provincial bridge competitions.

4. Competition method

(1) Implement the 1999 "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules".

(2) The competition between the A and B teams is divided into two stages

The first stage: group round-robin competition, each divided into two groups, each group has 8 teams (arranged in a serpentine shape according to the results of the previous year, if there are more teams in the same region in a certain group, the chief referee will change the ranking from bottom to top according to the principle of regional balance In the round-robin competition, 20 pairs will be played in each round, with a total of seven rounds. The top seven in the group will enter the second stage of the competition, and the eighth will be directly relegated.

Scoring method for the first stage: Arranged according to the average VP of each team, the average IMP rate and TP rate of the same team in all round-robin matches, the higher one is listed first, if still the same, draw lots to determine the ranking.

Phase Two: Knockout

There are 32 pairs in each knockout round, divided into two quarters, and the score is calculated by imp.

(3) Knockout method

First Division Team:

The top two teams in the group preliminaries will have a cross-elimination match to determine the 1st-4th place; the 3rd-4th team in the group preliminaries will have a crossover match, the winning team will enter the 5th-6th final, and the losing team will be relegated; The winning team will be relegated, and the losing team will play a triangle match with the winning team in the knockout round of the seventh place in the group preliminaries; The bottom two teams are relegated.

B team:

The top two teams in the group preliminaries will have a cross-elimination match, and the winning team will be promoted. The losing team will be relegated, and the losing team will play a triangle match with the winner of the 6-7 knockout round in the group preliminaries; the losing team in the knockout round of 6-7 in the preliminaries will be relegated;

Knockout matches are arranged according to the order table, and knockout matches do not carry points.

(4) The competition method of the C-level team

The first stage of the preliminaries of the C-level team adopts 7-8 rounds of Swiss points, and the serial numbers are drawn by lottery; the second stage is the admission of the top six in the preliminaries to participate in the round robin. The amount of cards for the C-level team is ≥16 decks per round.

(5) Rules for scoring points in competitions

When they meet in the knockout rounds, the team with the first place in the preliminaries will bring 3 imps to enter the finals; if the imps are the same in the finals, the team with the first place in the preliminaries will be the winner.

The third-level team will bring 30% of the team's total VP in the first stage to the next stage; when the VP is the same and the ranking cannot be distinguished, the former will be ranked first in the preliminaries. The number of cards in the final match is determined.

5. Incentive methods and quotas

The top six of the first-tier team will be admitted and rewarded.

The top four teams in the second division team and the top three teams in the third division team will be promoted in the next year;

The bottom five teams in the first division and the bottom six teams in the second division are relegated in the following year.

6. Registration and Registration

The C-level team is requested to submit the C-level team registration form in duplicate to the Provincial Sports Bureau Competition Center and the Provincial Bridge Club before October 25, and report to the competition area one day before the competition.

7. Funding

Teams A and B will pay a registration fee of 500 yuan per team, and a board and lodging fee of 160 yuan per person per day;

The registration fee for each team of the C-level team is 300 yuan, and the board and lodging expenses of the C-level team are at their own expense.
