4、 Participating units
(1) Class A group
1. One group: Guojiao 1573, Pude Dayan, Chengdu Shilan, Leshan Meike Meijia, Chongqing BY Combination, Rongxian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Guangyuan Jianmen Xiongguan, Neijiang City, Chongqing Wandering, Qiaoyi Commercial Kitchen.
2. Group 2: Mianyang Jinshuo, Shanghai Bank Chengdu Branch, Shushan Cambridge, Beibei Qiaorui, 12th Floor, Antou Group, Dacheng Dongfang, Southwest Petroleum University Community, Dalizhou Bridge Association, and Zigong Bridge Association.
(2) Class A and B groups
1. A group: Xichang Tianxi, Guiyang Dongfang, Chengdu Aobo, Jinkouhe Grand Canyon, Zhonghai Gas, Nanchong Qiaoxie, Chuanshang Lawyer, Liangshan Hongxin Securities, Meishan Dongpo, Guangyuan Tianxia Xiongguan.
2. Group 2: Huasen Sugar Industry Jinsha Yunya, Sichuan Shuyu, Mianyang Qixie, Ya'an City, Lanqiruo, Yunnan Tongkang, Yibin Shao'egu, Guang'an Qixie, Provincial Qixie Activity Center, Lezhi Hongsheng Leasing.
(3) Class B: Other member units that meet the competition requirements.
5、 Qualification and methods of participation
(1) Each member unit can apply for one representative team to participate. Women's teams, universities, and primary and secondary schools are not restricted.
(2) The participating athletes must be individual members of the China Bridge Association.
(3) Each team can have 4 to 6 athletes and 1 team leader (coach).
(4) Each participating team shall bear their own participation fees.
6、 Competition methods
(1) Competition method
1. Class A group: divided into three stages.
Phase 1: Group Single Round Robin
Divide into one or two groups (with each group/team number determined in accordance with Article 4 of this regulation) to conduct 9 rounds of single round robin, with 8 decks of cards in each round. The first to fifth participants in each group will enter the second stage one group, while the sixth to tenth participants in each group will enter the second stage two group.
Phase 2: Group Crossover
Group 1: In the first stage, the first to fifth place players in each group will receive VP points from the first stage group. They will compete with the first to fifth place players from another group in the first stage, with 8 cards in each round. The first to tenth place players in this stage will be ranked according to their accumulated VP points, and the ninth and tenth place players will be relegated.
Group 2: In the first stage, the 6th to 10th players in each group will receive VP points from the first stage group, and compete with the 6th to 10th players from another group in the first stage. Each round will have 8 sets of cards, and the 11th to 20th players in this stage will be ranked according to their accumulated VP points. The 19th and 20th players will be relegated.
Afterwards, the 1st to 4th places enter knockout stage 1-1, the 5th to 8th places enter knockout stage 1-2, the 11th to 14th places enter knockout stage 1-3, and the 15th to 18th places enter knockout stage 1-4.
Stage 3: Division knockout rounds
(1) 1st round knockout round
Knockout stage 1-1: In the second stage, the first to fourth place players will compete in 20 pairs of cards, divided into 2 sections. The first ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the third and fourth ranked teams. The winning team enters the final, while the losing team enters the knockout stage 2-1.
Knockout round 1-2: In the second stage, players from 5th to 8th place will compete in 20 sets of cards, divided into 2 sections. The 5th ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the 7th and 8th ranked teams. The winning team enters the knockout stage 2-1, while the losing team is ranked 7th and 8th in the second stage to be relegated.
Knockout stage 1-3: In the second stage, players from 11th to 14th place will compete in 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 sections. The 11th ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the 13th and 14th ranked teams. The winning team will be ranked 11th and 12th in the second stage to avoid relegation, while the losing team will enter the knockout stage 2-2.
Knockout round 1-4: In the second stage, players from 15th to 18th place will compete in 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 sections. The 15th ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the 17th and 18th ranked teams. The winning team enters the knockout stage 2-2, while the losing team is ranked 17th and 18th in the second stage and relegated.
(2) 2nd round knockout round
Knockout stage 2-1: The two losing teams in knockout stage 1-1 and the two winning teams in knockout stage 1-2 will compete in 20 deck games, divided into 2 sections. The team ranked first in the second stage among the four teams has the right to choose opponents from the teams ranked third and fourth. The winning team enters the third and fourth place playoffs, while the losing team is ranked fifth and sixth in the second stage.
Knockout stage 2-2: The two losing teams in knockout stage 1-3 and the two winning teams in knockout stage 1-4 will compete in 30 deck games, divided into 3 sections. The team ranked first in the second stage among the four teams has the right to choose opponents from the teams ranked third and fourth. The winning team is ranked 13th and 14th in the second stage to be relegated, while the losing team is ranked 15th and 16th in the second stage to be relegated.
(3) Finals and 3-4 playoffs.
Finals: Conduct a 30 pack card competition, divided into 3 sections.
3. 4 playoffs: 20 deck of cards will be played in 2 sections.
2. Class A and B groups: divided into three stages.
The first stage: group round robin competition, with the same competition method as the A-level group.
Phase 2: Group Crossover

Afterwards, the 3rd to 6th places enter knockout stage 1-1, the 7th to 10th places enter knockout stage 1-2, the 11th to 14th places enter knockout stage 1-3, and the 15th to 18th places enter knockout stage 1-4.
Stage 3: Division knockout rounds
(1) 1st round knockout round
Knockout round 1-1: In the second stage, the third to sixth place players will compete in 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 sections. The third ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the fifth and sixth ranked teams. The winning team will be ranked third and fourth in the second stage for promotion, while the losing team will enter the knockout stage 2-1.
Knockout round 1-2: In the second stage, players from 7th to 10th place will compete in 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 sections. The 7th ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the 9th and 10th ranked teams. The winning team enters the knockout stage 2-1, while the losing team is ranked 9th and 10th in the second stage to be relegated.
Knockout stage 1-3: In the second stage, players from 11th to 14th place will compete in 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 sections. The 11th ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the 13th and 14th ranked teams. The winning team will be ranked 11th and 12th in the second stage to avoid relegation, while the losing team will enter the knockout stage 2-2.
Knockout round 1-4: In the second stage, players from 15th to 18th place will compete in 30 sets of cards, divided into 3 sections. The 15th ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the 17th and 18th ranked teams. The winning team enters the knockout stage 2-2, while the losing team is ranked 17th and 18th in the second stage and relegated.
(2) 2nd round knockout round
Knockout stage 2-1: The two losing teams in knockout stage 1-1 and the two winning teams in knockout stage 1-2 will compete in 30 deck games, divided into 3 sections. The team ranked first in the second stage among the four teams has the right to choose opponents from the teams ranked third and fourth. The winning team is ranked 5th and 6th in the second stage for promotion, while the losing team is ranked 7th and 8th in the second stage for relegation.
Knockout stage 2-2: The two losing teams in knockout stage 1-3 and the two winning teams in knockout stage 1-4 will compete in 30 deck games, divided into 3 sections. The team ranked first in the second stage among the four teams has the right to choose opponents from the teams ranked third and fourth. The winning team is ranked 13th and 14th in the second stage to be relegated, while the losing team is ranked 15th and 16th in the second stage to be relegated.
3. Class B group: divided into two stages.
Class B: It is carried out in two stages.
Stage 1: Conduct 14 rounds of point arrangement matches (teams of the same unit do not play), with eight decks of cards in each round to accumulate VP rankings. 1. 2 players will be promoted, 3-6 players will enter knockout stage 1-1, and 7-10 players will enter knockout stage 1-2.
Phase 2: Division knockout rounds.
1. First round knockout round
Knockout stage 1-1: In the first stage, the third placed team has the right to choose opponents from the fifth to sixth placed teams and play 30 deck games. The winning team is promoted, while the losing team enters the knockout stage 2-1.
Knockout round 1-2: In the first stage, the 7th ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the 9th to 10th ranked teams and play 30 deck games. The winning team enters the knockout stage 2-1.
2. Second round knockout round
Knockout stage 2-1: The two losing teams in knockout stage 1-1 compete with the two winning teams in knockout stage 1-2 in a 30 deck game. Among the four teams, the team ranked first in the first stage has the right to choose opponents from the teams ranked 3-4, and the winning team will be promoted.
(2) Adopting the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018.
(3) Each pair of players in the A-level team must prepare three copies of the "System Card", one of which should be submitted to the referee team for record before the game; Each pair of players in the second level group must prepare two copies of the "System Card".
Athletes must bring their own system cards when entering the competition.
7、 Ranking and rewards
(1) Rank in the top six in the A-level group and give cash rewards.
(2) All levels of competitions are awarded Master Points by the China Bridge Association in accordance with the "Technical Grade Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association".
(3) The 15th to 20th place in the Grade A group will be demoted to the Grade A B group, the 1st to 6th place in the Grade A B group will be demoted to the Grade A group, the 15th to 20th place will be demoted to the Grade B group, and the 1st to 6th place in the Grade B group will be demoted to the Grade A B group.
8、 Registration and check-in
(1) Registration
1. All member units must register on China Bridge Online before March 23rd. Failure to do so will result in waiver. Before the registration deadline, each participating team can make their own changes online and must remember their PIN code.
2. Event service fee: 600 yuan/team for Class A group and 500 yuan/team for Class B group. The event service fee is collected by the organizer to compensate for insufficient event funding.
Women's representative teams, various universities and primary and secondary school student representative teams are exempt from admission.
3. List change: Within 7 days after the end of registration, the list can be changed (including team name, addition, reduction, change of team members, correction of registration errors, etc.). For future changes, a list change application form must be filled out, and a handling fee of 100 yuan must be paid for each change.
(2) Registration:
1. The referee will report to the competition area on April 1st and each participating team will report before 18:00 on April 2nd.
2. Participating teams that fail to report on time must contact the competition area before 18:00 on the registration day to confirm their participation. Teams that fail to confirm will be deemed to have waived their registration and will no longer be scheduled to participate if their registration is cancelled.
9、 The competition committee and arbitration committee shall be selected and appointed by the Provincial Bridge Association
10、 Other
(1) Each team must do a good job in prevention and control according to the requirements of the COVID-19 prevention and control work plan of the host site.
(2) There will be no team leader meeting for this competition. Please read the Supplementary Regulations carefully before the competition.
(3) The interpretation rights of this regulation belong to Sichuan Bridge Association.
(4) Matters not covered will be notified separately.
