Rules for the 2022 National Bridge Club Women's League Competition
1、 Competitive events
Women's Team Tournament
2、 Participating units
(1) The first round of competition consists of 12 teams, including:
Top 7 women's club leagues in 2019: Qiantang, Zhejiang, Yiju, Huayuan, Zhaohe, Yanshan Fengshi, Haining Ziwei, and Dongfeng Fengshen;
2. Two teams qualified for the 2019 Women's League Qualifications: JJ Tournament and Guangdong Zhaoheng;
3. Two teams in the women's group of the 2021 club tournament in order: Beijing Jianqiao and Shanghai Changshou;
4. One female team from the organizing unit's club.
5. If there is a waiver team:
(1) Successively ranked 7th in the women's group of the 2021 National Bridge Club Championship;
(2) Selected by the organizer.
(2) Second Station Team: Eight teams will be generated from the first station and enter the second station.
3、 Participation method
(1) All participating athletes must be non outstanding individual members of the China Bridge Association.
(2) Each team can send one leader, one coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(3) Each team shall bear their own participation fees.
4、 Competition methods
(1) The first stop is divided into two stages.
The participating teams are numbered based on the total master points of the China Bridge Association (the accumulated master points of the top 4 athletes in each team) (the master points are calculated based on the registration deadline). The master ranks the highest as the trumpet.
1. Stage 1: Single round robin. Each game has 12 decks of cards, ranked by VP points. The first to sixth places are qualified to participate in the second round of competition, the 11th and 12th places are eliminated, and the seventh to 10th places participate in the second stage of elimination competition.
2. Phase 2: knockout rounds
(1) 1st round knockout round
In the knockout stage, players from 1st to 7th place and 8th place will compete in a 36 deck game, divided into 3 sections with 12 deck cards in each section. The winner will be determined by IMP. The winning team is qualified to participate in the second round of the competition, while the losing team enters the knockout stage 2-1.
In the knockout stage, players 1 to 2, 9, and 10 will compete in a 36 pack game, divided into 3 sections with 12 packs per section. The winner will be determined by IMP. The winning team enters the knockout stage 2-1, while the losing team is eliminated.
(2) 2nd round knockout round
Knockout stage 2: The losing team in knockout stage 1-1 and the winning team in knockout stage 1-2 will compete in a 36 deck game, divided into 3 sections with 12 deck cards in each section, and the winner will be determined by IMP. The winning team is qualified to participate in the second race, while the losing team is eliminated.
(2) Second stop: divided into two stages
1. Stage 1: Single round robin. Each game has 12 decks of cards, ranked by VP points.
After accumulating VP points in the two round robin rounds (the first round robin only retains the results of the relevant teams), the top four will enter the second stage knockout round, the fifth place will retain the league qualification, the eighth place will be eliminated, and the sixth and seventh places will enter the playoffs.
2. Phase 2: knockout rounds+playoffs
(1) 1st round knockout round
Semifinals: The top 4 players in the two round robin will compete in a 48 pack game, divided into 3 sections, with 16 packs per section. The winner will be determined by the IMP. The first ranked team has the right to choose opponents from the third and fourth ranked teams. The winning team enters the final, while the losing team enters the third or fourth place competition.
(2) 2nd round knockout round
Final: Conduct a 64 pack card competition, divided into 4 sections, with 16 packs per section, and the winner will be determined by IMP.
3. 4 player competition: A 32 pack card competition will be held in 2 sections, with 16 pack cards per section. The winner will be determined by IMP.
(3) Additional round robin: The 6th and 7th place teams in the two round robin will compete in a 48 deck game, divided into 3 sections, with 16 deck cards in each section. The winner will be determined by IMP. The winning team is ranked 6th (retaining league qualification), while the losing team is eliminated.
(3) All knockout rounds are without points. If the IMP draws after the race, the former will win with a total of two round robin rankings.
(4) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018 and the "Supplementary Provisions to the China Bridge Competition Rules" (2020).
(5) All Chinese system cards and electronic versions of their accompanying pages for each team's playing combination must be submitted to the ccba@sport.gov.cn .
(6) Each pair of players will bring 2 copies of the Chinese system card and its attached page to the table during the competition.
5、 Admission Ranking and Rewards
(1) The top 6 candidates for each station will be awarded certificates, with the top 3 being awarded medals.
(2) According to the "Technical Grade Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association", awarded a Master Score to the China Bridge Association.
6、 Eligibility to participate in the 2023 league
(1) The qualification of participating teams in the 2023 league is
Top 6 in the 2022 National Bridge Club Women's League.
2. In the 2022 National Bridge Club Championship, the women's group will be ranked 2 in order.
(2) The same unit can only qualify for one entry.
7、 Registration and check-in
(1) Registration
1. Each unit must submit one registration form to the China Bridge Association and one competition area before the deadline specified in the supplementary notice, and also register in the special event of China Bridge Network. Failure to do so will result in waiver.
2. Registration fee: 2000 yuan per team. The registration fee will be collected by the organizer.
3. Change the list
(1) Within the specified time after the registration deadline, each participating team may submit a written request to the China Bridge Association to change the list (including adding, reducing, changing athletes, correcting registration errors, etc.).
(2) If the list is changed after the specified time, an application form for changing the list must be filled out and submitted to the competition team of the university before the start of the first competition. A handling fee of 100 yuan must be paid for each change.
(2) Reporting
The referee will report to the competition area 2 days before the competition, and each participating team will report to the competition area 1 day before the competition.
8、 The selection method for judges and arbitration committees shall be separately formulated.
9、 Other
(1) Participating teams must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and during the round-trip journey).
(2) The team leader meeting is scheduled to be held at 20:30 one day before the competition, and each participating team must be attended by the team leader or coach.
(3) Matters not covered will be notified separately.
