I. Implement the "China Bridge Card Competition Rules" and the "Chinese Bridge Card Competition Rules Supplementary Provisions (2017)" that were approved by the China Bridge Association in 2013.


Second, the game layout


(a) The team number is drawn by the referee.


(b) In the first round of the points arrangement, the first round was 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and the second round was followed by the principle of high scores for high scores. In the event of an odd number of teams, the team with the largest number of players in the first round will be the first round, and the second round and later will have the lowest number of rounds. The maximum number of rounds will be one for each team. Teams that meet in the same stage of a points match no longer meet.


In the first stage, only three teams entered the elimination team. Century Changda team will enter the knockout stage as the first place in this group, and other teams in this group will be postponed.


The second stage additional points arrangement matches the first round against the same or similar band (ie, high score vs. high score). The follow-up principle is the same as the first stage.


 


(c) The host and visiting team


1. Integral Arrangement: The squadron number of the match schedule is the former team.


2. Elimination: The referee shall draw lots to determine the home and away team.


3. The home team sat in the open room in the north and south, closed the room to sit.

In all stages of the competition, all teams have no right to choose seats, and they use the method of direct seats without having to fill out the appearance list.


Third, the game program


(a) It is forbidden to use the yellow bidding system and brown conventions.


    (2) In addition to the elimination match, each pair of partner can only use psychological calling in one deck of cards. Other games are not allowed to use their hearts.


    (c) Elimination and doubles use pre-made computer pre-competition cards.


(D) The game uses electronic information collection equipment scoring.


(v) Before the final round of the points arrangement, a team must have won the first place in the stage without arranging for the team to participate in the remaining games at this stage. At the same time, some teams must have won the second stage without arranging the team to participate in the competition. The remaining games in the stage, and so on.


(6) The participating players must bring the Chinese engagement card of the pair (which can have the special English symbol for the bridge) to participate in the competition. If they do not carry the Chinese contract card, they shall be executed according to Article 54(9) of the Rules.


 


Fourth, eliminated the number of matches

Fifth, the game time


(1) Time limit for playing: All athletes must be seated 5 minutes before the start of the competition.


(B) Competition time limit:


1. Team competition: 10 decks: 1 hour 20 minutes


                 16 decks: 2 hours and 10 minutes


                 20 cards: 2 hours and 40 minutes


       2. Doubles: 7.5 minutes / Vice


(III) After the end of the game, the cards with no opening are all cancelled. Opened cards are allowed to be played within 5 minutes of the time of the match, and are processed by the rule overtime.


(d) After the expiring time of the game's end of the game, all cards that have not been opened will be cancelled. Opened cards are allowed to be played within 5 minutes after the game is due, without penalty.


Six, with points


(A) The quarter-finals of the negative team with points into the additional points arrangement A group match, with score points for additional points arrangement A group before the first two rounds of the top 6 average VP plus the first phase of the game cumulative VP 25%.


(2) Other teams that have entered the additional points schedule will have 25% of the cumulative VP of the first-stage competition.


(3) When all banding cases cannot be divisible, they shall be calculated according to the rounding criteria (reserved to the second decimal place).


VII. Appeals


(a) The competition shall set up an arbitration committee to accept complaints from each team. The contestants may appeal any judgment made by the referee at his match table. Team leaders must agree with the team and both teams must agree.


(2) All the complaints must be submitted to the referee on the spot (if the referee requests otherwise, they shall be performed at the request of the referee), and the appeal procedure shall be performed according to Article 56 of the rules.


(3) The appeal fee is RMB 200 yuan each time. When the Arbitration Commission determines that it is a reasonable complaint, the appeal fee will be refunded; otherwise, the appeal fee will not be refunded and will be submitted to the Organizing Committee.
