V. Entry Methods:
1. All relevant cities and relevant units in the country can participate; each team has one coach, one coach, and 4 to 6 athletes.

Bus line: From Taiyuan South Railway Station South Station (a platform) take the 501 road, after 8 stops, get off at the South Zhonghuan Industrial Junction and walk 240 meters to reach Yang Coal Mansion.


From Taiyuan Wusu Airport Terminal Building, take No. 201 Road, after 3 stops, get off at Taiyuan Road, Longcheng Street, walk 130 meters, arrive at Taiyuan Road, Longcheng Street, take No. 903 Road, after 12 stops at Pingyang Road. Get off at South Central Street walk to Yang Coal Mansion.


From Jiannan Bus Station No. 52 to Sanjie Station to the South Inner Ring Road at Changzhi Road, take 825 via 10 stops to the South Central Industrial Junction, and walk 89 meters southward along Gongye Road.


Driving route: Jiannan Bus Station to Yang Coal Building is 7.2 kilometers in total length, driving takes 19 minutes, taxi is about 16 yuan.


The South Railway Station to Yangmei Building has a total length of 7.6 kilometers. It takes 16 minutes to drive and a taxi costs about 16 yuan.


Taiyuan Wusu Airport Zhiyang Coal Building has a total length of 9.6 kilometers. It takes 17 minutes to drive and a taxi costs about 19 yuan.


VII. Competition Methods:
  The competition is divided into preliminaries and finals. In the preliminary round, seven rounds of points are arranged. Each round of 14 cards is accumulated by each team's VP. The first 1/2 team is taken into group A and the second half is entered into group B. The final five rounds of points arrangement, 14 rounds per round, according to VP accumulated, VP ranked in front of many. According to the number of registered teams, the percentage of the preliminaries results to the finals is determined.

Group A: The first place is 20,000 yuan The second place is 10,000 yuan The third place is 5,000 yuan
      The fourth place is 4,000 yuan The fifth place is 3,000 yuan The sixth place is 2,000 yuan
Group B: 3,000 for the first place, 2,000 for the second place, and 1,000 for the third place
