The supplementary notice regarding the 2021 National Bridge Club Championships is as follows:

1. Competition time

October 10-17, 2021

2. The venue of the competition

3. Registration method

(1) The qualifications of registration units and participating athletes shall be implemented in accordance with Articles 4 and 5 of the "2021 National Bridge Club Championship Competition Regulations".

(2) Each club can report one male and one female team to participate in the competition, each team can report one leader, one coach, and 4-6 athletes.

(3) Online registration for all group competitions will be conducted through the China Bridge Network "2021 National Bridge Club Championships" event topic. Please strictly follow the online registration requirements to fill in the registration content. All participating clubs must complete the online registration before September 27 and send the registration form to the China Bridge Association and the competition area at the same time. Overdue will be considered as a waiver. The registration fee will be paid after the online registration is approved.

(4) Athletes who have not uploaded their personal photos on ChinaBridge.com must complete the upload when registering for the preparation of the participation certificate. If the photos are not uploaded, the registration will not be passed. For specific photo requirements and upload methods, please refer to the "Notice of China Bridge Association on Member Photo Collection" published by China Bridge Network.

(5) Registration fee: 1,000 yuan/team, the registration fee will be remitted to the designated account before the specified registration deadline, otherwise the registration will not be accepted.

Six, board and lodging

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, accommodation for this event will be uniformly arranged by the organizing committee. All participants will stay at the designated hotel, and those who do not stay at the designated hotel will not be allowed to participate in the competition. All participating teams are responsible for their own board and lodging expenses. Each team must complete the reservation before September 27. Each room will be paid for 5 days in advance, and the room will be renewed (returned) according to the schedule, with more refunds and less supplements.

Seven, check in

(1) The referees and arbitrators of the competition will report to the competition area on October 8.

(2) Each team shall report to the competition area before 19:00 on October 9.

(4) According to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Epidemics in National Bridge Events" and local epidemic prevention requirements, when registering, all participants (including team leaders, coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 3 days before they can participate , And implement the "Sichuan Tianfu Health Pass" green code access system. Athletes from middle and high risk areas are not allowed to participate.

(5) After the organizing committee verifies the report materials, it will arrange all personnel to receive nucleic acid testing and sampling in the quarantine area, and only if the test result is negative can participate in the competition (the cost of the second nucleic acid test will be borne by the organizing committee). Athletes who fail to report on time are not allowed to enter the arena and participate in the competition until the nucleic acid test results are qualified.

8. Transportation
