All relevant units, competition areas, participating teams, and technical officials:

The following is a supplementary notice of the relevant matters concerning the bridge finals of the mass competition of the 14th Games of the People's Republic of China:

1. Competition time

September 17-22, 2021

2. The venue of the competition

Hilton Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province (969 Yundong Road, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province)

Three, check in

(1) Each team will report to the competition area 2 days before the competition, and leave the meeting one day after the competition. The specific registration time for the competition is as follows:

1. Men's team competition and women's team competition: Before 20:00 on September 15;

2. Mixed team competition and double competition: Before 20:00 on September 18th.

(2) Technical officials shall report before 18:00 on September 13 and leave the meeting one day after the end of the competition.

(3) Registration location: Hilton Hotel in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province (969 Yundong Road, Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province)

(4) At the time of registration, each participating team must submit to the organizing committee a personal identification certificate, a personal health examination certificate from the medical department at or above the county level, personal accident insurance (including during the competition and during the round trip), and submit all the participants of the team. "Negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours", "Personal Health Commitment Letter", and check that the health code is a green code, otherwise the contest will not be accepted.

(5) After the organizing committee has verified the submitted materials, it will arrange all personnel to receive nucleic acid testing and sampling in the quarantine area. Only when the test result is negative can participate in the competition (the cost of nucleic acid testing will be borne by the organizing committee). Athletes who fail to report on time are not allowed to enter the arena and participate in the competition until the nucleic acid test results are qualified.

(6) According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the organizing committee will uniformly arrange the pick-ups from Jiaxing Railway Station, High-speed Railway Station, and Jiaxing North Bus Station to the stadium. All teams must submit their itinerary and train schedule to Jiaxing before September 13 Arrange transfers. 4. Expenses

(1) The Organizing Committee will uniformly arrange board and lodging for the chief staff of each delegation (team) in accordance with the National Games competition standards.

(1) The chief editor of each delegation (team) pays 100 yuan for food to the organizing committee every day, and pays it uniformly at the time of registration.

(2) The chief staff of all delegations (teams) in the western region are exempt from paying food expenses.

(3) The food expenses of the delegations (teams) for early arrival, postponement of departures and over-staffed personnel shall be borne by the delegations (teams) themselves.

2. Accommodation fee

(1) The accommodation fee for the chief staff of each delegation (team) shall be borne by the organizing committee.

(2) All delegations (teams) shall pay for the accommodation fees for early arrival, postponement and over-staffing of personnel.

(2) All delegations (teams) are responsible for their own travel expenses.

(3) Early arrivals, postponed departures, over-staffed staff, and other needs for additional rooms will be charged at the price (550 yuan/day/room) agreed between the hotel and the organizing committee. Super-staffed stadium hotel can provide buffet (Chinese meal cost 80 yuan, dinner 100 yuan). Five, technical meetings

(1) Team leader coach technical meeting

1. Men's team competition, women's team competition: held at 14:00 on September 16;

2. Mixed team competition and double competition: held at 20:00 on September 19th.

(2) The venue of the meeting will be notified separately. The team leaders and coaches of each representative team are requested to attend on time and submit their "Anti-Doping Commitment Letter" and "Pace Style Commitment Letter" when participating in the conference.
