Held in Nanning, Guangxi from April 17th to 23rd.

4. Participating Units
(1) Men's group: members of the Chinese Bridge Association
1. A team
Shanghai, Lokomotiv Sports Association, Zhejiang, Chengdu, Sichuan, Beijing, Hebei, China Construction Sports Association, Jiangsu, Hunan, Fujian, Ordnance Sports Association, Shenzhen.
2. Team B
Hubei, Zhejiang Hangzhou, Sichuan, Shanghai Putuo District, Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Guangdong Guangzhou, Yunnan, Beijing Huairou District, Dalian, Guangdong, Jilin.
3. Team C: Meet one of the following conditions
(1) Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, and industry sports association bridge associations other than Grade A and B;
(2) Basic-level bridge associations with more than 10 bridge clubs (category A, B) normally registered with the China Bridge Association;
(3) The top 4 teams in the grassroots association team competition in the 2019 National Bridge Championships;
(4) The grassroots bridge association to host the 2021 National Bridge Competition.
(2) Women's Group: Association members of China Bridge Association
1. First Division
Beijing, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Coal Mine Sports Association, Communication Sports Association, Hebei, Shaanxi, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shanghai Hongkou, Hong Kong, Guangdong.
2. Second-tier team: A bridge association other than the first-tier team.
5. Athlete Qualification
(1) All participating athletes should be citizens of the People's Republic of China.
(2) The participating athletes must be non-payment individual members of the China Bridge Association.
(3) The qualifications for the representatives of athletes in various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities shall be subject to the representative units registered annually. Athletes who have not registered for the year are only allowed to participate on behalf of their household registration/student registration/social security location.
(4) The athletes in the men's competition are mainly athletes from the region (location of household registration/student status/social security relationship, and social security relationship certification requires the latest continuous payment of social security records for more than 12 months). Each team allows 2 non-regional athletes. Of athletes participate. Women's competitions are not restricted by this clause.
(5) All athletes participating in the industry sports association must be registered athletes of the China Bridge Association in 2021, and the qualifications of representatives are subject to the representative units registered in 2021.
(6) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan athletes who have registered their annual athletes with the China Bridge Association and have paid social security for more than 24 consecutive months in various provinces, regions and municipalities are allowed to participate on behalf of the registered unit. Other Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan athletes can only participate on behalf of the local association.
(7) Athletes within the time limit for the serial registration unit of the association to exercise the registration priority shall not be allowed to participate in the competition on behalf of other associations.
6. Participation method
(1) Each team can report one leader, one coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(2) Each team shall pay for the participation fee.
Seven, competition method
(1) Competition method
1. Men's Grade A, Women's Grade A: There are two stages.
The first stage: round robin, 3 games a day, 16 decks of cards in each game, ranked by VP points. 1-4 entered the semi-finals, 5 and 6 ranked 5th and 6th, 7th was relegated, 8-11 entered the knockout rounds 1-1 and 1-2 respectively, and 12th was relegated.
The second stage: Divisional knockout.
(1) The first round of elimination
Semi-finals: In the first stage, 1-4 players will play 48 decks of cards. The first-placed team has the right to choose opponents from the third and fourth-placed teams. The winning team enters the finals, and the losing team enters the 3rd and 4th place matches.
Knockout 1-1: The 8th and 9th players in the first stage will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team is relegated, and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 10th and 11th players in the first stage will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team enters the knockout 2-1, and the losing team is relegated.
(2) The second round of elimination
Knockout 2-1: The losing team of the knockout 1-1 and the winning team of the knockout 1-2 will play a 48-deck match. The winning team is relegated and the losing team is relegated.
(3) Finals and 3, 4 contests
Final: 80 decks of cards will be played in 5 quarters.
3rd and 4th place competition: 32 decks of cards will be played, divided into 2 quarters.
2. Men's Grade B: There are two stages.
The first stage: round robin, 3 games a day, 16 decks of cards in each game, ranked by VP points. The first is promoted, the 2-5 are in the knockout rounds 1-1 and 1-2, the 6 and 7 are relegated, the 8-11 are in the knockout rounds 1-3 and 1-4, and the 12th is relegated.
The second stage: Divisional knockout.
(1) The first round of elimination
Knockout 1-1: The second and third players in the first stage will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team is promoted and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: In the first stage, the 4 and 5 players will compete with 48 decks of cards. The winning team enters the knockout 2-1, and the losing team is relegated.
Knockout 1-3: In the first stage, the 8th and 9th players will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team relegated and the losing team entered the knockout round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 10th and 11th players in the first stage will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team entered the knockout round 2-2, and the losing team was relegated.
(2) The second round of elimination
Knockout 2-1: The losing team of the knockout 1-1 and the winning team of the knockout 1-2 will play a 48-deck match. The winning team is promoted, and the losing team is relegated.
Knockout 2-2: The losing team of the Knockout 1-3 and the winning team of the Knockout 1-4 will play a 48-deck match. The winning team is relegated and the losing team is relegated.
3. Men's Grade C, Women's Grade B: There are two stages.
The first stage: Preliminaries, 3 games a day, 16 decks of cards in each game, ranked by VP points.
The second stage: Divisional knockout.
The specific competition method is determined according to the registration situation and announced before the competition.
(2) Quota for promotion and promotion
1. First Division
Both the men's and women's teams were dropped 3 teams to the second-tier team.
2. Team B
Both the men's and women's teams were promoted to the first-tier team by 3 teams; the men's team was demoted to the third-tier team by 3 teams.
3. C team
Promoted 3 teams to B team.
(3) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018 and the "Supplementary Regulations on China Bridge Competition Rules" (2020).
(4) Each pair of players will bring a Chinese system card and its attached pages in 3 copies, one of which will be submitted to the referee team for record at the time of registration, and two will be brought to the table during the game.
8. Admission Ranking and Rewards
(1) The top 6 men's and women's first-tier teams will be awarded certificates, among which the top 3 will be awarded medals.
(2) All competitions in each category will be awarded to the Masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Grade Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association".
9. Registration and check-in
(1) Registration
1. Each unit must submit the registration form to the China Bridge Association and the competition area 20 days before the start of the competition. If it is overdue, it will be considered as a waiver.
2. Registration fee: 1500 yuan/team for men's group, 1000 yuan/team for women's group. The registration fee is collected by the organizer and used to subsidize the lack of competition funds.
3. Change list
(1) Within 10 days after the registration deadline, each team can submit a written form to the China Bridge Association to change the list (including changing team names, adding, reducing, changing athletes, correcting registration errors, etc.).
(2) If you change the list 10 days after the registration deadline, you must fill in the change list application form and submit it to the competition group before the first game. Each change requires a handling fee of 100 yuan.
(2) Registration
The referees will report to the competition area 3 days before the match, and each team will report to the competition area one day before the match.
10. The methods for the selection and appointment of referees and arbitration committees are separately formulated.
11. Other
(1) The participating teams must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth).
(2) The team leader meeting is scheduled to be held at 20:30 one day before the game. Each team must be attended by the team leader or coach.
(3) Matters not covered will be notified separately.
