Held in Wuhan, Hubei Province from September 7th to 13th.

4. Participating Units
A unit member of the China Bridge Association who completed its annual registration in 2021.
5. Participation method
(1) The participating athletes must be non-arrears individual members of the China Bridge Association.
(2) Registered athletes shall give priority to participating in the competition on behalf of their registered units. Athletes with dual registration shall have priority to participate in the competition on behalf of their first registered unit. Registered athletes represent other units in participating in the competition, and they must be able to represent the athletes if there is no objection from each registered unit to which the athlete belongs.
(3) Each team can report 4-6 athletes, including 2-4 male athletes and 2-4 female athletes. The partner must consist of 1 male athlete and 1 female athlete.
(4) Each team shall pay for the participation fee.
6. Competition method
(1) The competition is divided into two stages
1. The first stage: qualifying
A total of 11 rounds of scoring competitions were held, with 12 decks of cards in each round, and the scores of each team were ranked by accumulated VP points. The top 24 entered the second stage of the elimination round, and the remaining teams entered the play-offs with points.
2. The second stage: knockout
(1) The first round of elimination
Knockout 1-1: The 1-8 players in the first stage will play 36 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The teams ranked 1, 2, and 3 have the right to choose their opponents from the 5th to the 8th. The winning team enters the semi-finals, and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 9-16 players in the first stage will compete in 36 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The teams ranked 9, 10, and 11 have the right to choose their opponents from the 13th to the 16th. The winning team entered the second round of the elimination round 2-1, and the losing team entered the elimination round 2-2.
Knockout 1-3: The 17-24 players in the first stage will play 36 decks of cards, divided into 3 quarters. The teams ranked 17th, 18th, and 19th have the right to choose their opponents from the 21st-24th. The winning team entered the second round of the knockout round 2-2, and the losing team was eliminated.
(2) The second round of elimination
Semi-finals: The 4 winning teams of the knockout stage 1-1 will play a 48-deck match, divided into 4 quarters. The team that re-ranks 1st in the first stage has the right to choose opponents from the 3rd and 4th places. The winning team enters the final, and the losing team enters the fourth round of the knockout round.
Knockout 2-1: The 4 losing teams of the knockout 1-1 and the 4 winning teams of the knockout 1-2 will play 24 decks of games, divided into 2 quarters, and re-ranking 1, 2, and 3 according to the results of the first stage The team has the right to select opponents from the 5th to 8th teams in order. The winning team enters the third round of the elimination round, and the losing team is ranked 9-12 according to the preliminary results.
Knockout 2-2: The 4 losing teams of Knockout 1-2 and the 4 winning teams of Knockout 1-3 will play 24 decks of games, divided into 2 quarters, and re-ranking 1, 2, and 3 according to the results of the first stage The team has the right to select opponents from the 5th to 8th teams in order. The winning team is ranked 13-16 according to the preliminary results, and the losing team is eliminated.
(3) The third round of elimination
The 4 winning teams in the 2-1 knockout round will compete with 24 decks of cards, divided into 2 quarters. The team that re-ranks 1st in the first stage has the right to choose opponents from the 3rd and 4th teams. The winning team enters the fourth round of the elimination round, and the losing team is ranked 7th and 8th according to the preliminary results.
(4) The 4th knockout round
The two losing teams in the semi-finals and the two winning teams in the third round of the knockout round will play 24 decks of cards, divided into two quarters. The team that re-ranks first according to the results of the first stage has the right to be in the third and fourth-ranked teams. Choose your opponent. The winning team enters the 3rd and 4th place, and the losing team is ranked 5th and 6th according to the preliminary results.
(5) Finals and 3, 4 contestants
In the final, 60 decks of cards will be played in 5 quarters. 3, 4 players will play 24 decks of cards, divided into 2 quarters.
(2) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018 and the "Supplementary Regulations on China Bridge Competition Rules" (2020).
(3) Each pair of players brings two copies of the Chinese system card and its attached pages to the table during the game.
7. Admission rankings and rewards
(1) The top 6 applicants will be awarded certificates, among which the top 3 will be awarded medals.
(2) The top 16 players in the competition will be qualified for the 2022 National Bridge Mixed Team Championship. Such teams need to retain 4 athletes with an appearance rate of more than 50%.
(3) The competition will be awarded to the Masters of the China Bridge Association according to the "Technical Grade Standards for Members of the China Bridge Association".
8. Registration and check-in
(1) Registration
1. Each unit must report the registration form to the China Bridge Association and one in the competition area 20 days before the start of the competition.
2. Registration fee: 1,000 yuan/team. The registration fee is collected by the organizer and used to subsidize the lack of competition funds.
3. Change list
(1) Within 10 days after the registration deadline, each team can submit a written form to the China Bridge Association to change the list (including changing team names, adding, reducing, changing athletes, correcting registration errors, etc.).
(2) If you change the name list 10 days after the registration deadline, you must fill in the change list application form and submit it to the competition group before the start of the first game. A handling fee of 100 yuan will be charged for each change.
(2) Registration
The referees will report to the competition area 3 days before the match, and each team will report to the competition area one day before the match.
9. The methods for the selection and appointment of referees and arbitration committees shall be formulated separately.
10. Other
(1) The participating teams must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth).
(2) The team leader meeting is scheduled to be held at 20:30 one day before the game. Each team must be attended by the team leader or coach.
(3) Matters not covered will be notified separately.
