1. Competition date and location
It will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province from October 10th to 17th.

4. Participating Units
(1) Open Group: Club members of China Bridge Association who have completed registration before March 31, 2021.
1. A team
Mianyang Jinshuo, O.R.G., Reignwood Zhiyun, Zhejiang Qiantang, Beijing Financier, Sanchen Fund, Zhejiang Jinjiang, Shanghai Finance, Sands Yunya, Pioneer International, Pride, Jilin Dingyuan, Shanghai Yitong, Suzhou Taihu, Wuyishan Hanchen, Shanghai Wujiang.
2. Team B
Guangzhou Hongmian, Shenzhen Nangang Power, Wuhan Dongfang, Zhejiang Nuohui, Panjin Tianyi, Shanghai Qihao, Jiangxi Ruiqi, Shenzhen Pingan, Shenzhen North China Industrial Control, Shenzhen Chess Academy, Guangzhou Zhaoheng International, Shanghai Greentown, Guiyang New Century, Hengyuanxiang, Beijing Guobeishhuang, Tianjin Kailaiying, Shanghai Qiaoyuan, Shenyang Third Ring Road, Hebei Landi, Rongxin Lanqiao, Changchun Yiyuan, Locomotive, Yichang Guangbo Fengxing, Beijing Haitian Ruisheng.
3. Team C: The participating clubs must meet at least one of the following terms:
(1) As of 2021, the annual club registration has been normally handled by the China Bridge Association for three consecutive years.
(2) From 2020 to 2021, there have been 5 (inclusive) or more tournaments awarded to the Master Points of the China Bridge Association.
(3) Bridge clubs that are formally registered with the local industry and commerce department or civil affairs department and the registration certificate is within the validity period.
(2) Women's Group: All types of clubs registered with the China Bridge Association can participate.
5. Athlete Qualification
(1) The participating athletes must be non-arrears individual members of the China Bridge Association.
(2) The registered athletes of the club shall have priority in participating in the competition on behalf of their registered club.
(3) Registered athletes representing non-registered clubs participating in the competition must be represented under the condition that the athletes' priority registration unit and registered clubs have no objections.
(4) Registered full-time players of Type A clubs participate on behalf of other clubs, and they must be allowed to participate if there are more than 4 registered full-time players in the club.
6. Participation method
(1) Each club can report 1 team to participate in the competition, and each team can report 1 leader, 1 coach, and 4-6 athletes.
(2) Each team shall pay for its own participation.
Seven, competition method
(1) Competition method
1. Open Group A: There are two stages.
The first stage: round robin, 3 games a day, 16 decks of cards in each game, ranked by VP points. 1-4 are in the knockout 1-1, 5-8 are in the knockout 1-2, 9 and 10 are relegated, 11 and 12 are in the knockout 1-3, 13 and 14 are in the knockout 1-4, 15, and 16 are Downgrade.
The second stage: Divisional knockout.
(1) The first round of elimination
Knockout 1-1: The 1-4 players in the first stage will play 48 decks of cards. The first-placed team has the right to choose opponents from the third and fourth-placed teams. The winning team enters the final, and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: In the first stage, the 5-8 players will play 48 decks of cards. The fifth-placed team has the right to choose opponents among the seventh and eighth-placed teams. The winning team enters the knockout 2-1, and the losing team is relegated.
Knockout 1-3: The 11th and 12th players in the first stage will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team relegated and the losing team entered the knockout round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 13th and 14th players in the first stage will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team entered the knockout round 2-2, and the losing team was relegated.
(2) The second round of elimination
Knockout 2-1: The 2 losing teams of the knockout 1-1 and the 2 winning teams of the knockout 1-2 will play 48 cards. The team ranked first among the four teams in the first stage has the right to choose opponents among the third and fourth teams. The winning team enters the 3rd and 4th place, and the losing team is ranked 5th and 6th according to the first stage ranking.
Knockout 2-2: The losing team of the Knockout 1-3 and the winning team of the Knockout 1-4 will play a 48-deck match. The winning team is relegated and the losing team is relegated.
(3) Finals and 3, 4 contests
Finals: 80 decks of cards competition, divided into 5 quarters
3rd and 4th place competition: 32 decks of cards will be played, divided into 2 quarters.
2. Open Group Level B: There are three stages.
The first stage: Divide into 2 groups according to the serpentine ranking of the previous year. Group round robin, 3 games a day, 16 decks of cards in each game, ranked by VP points. The 6th place in each group was relegated, and the 12th place was relegated. The 1-5th place in each group enters the second stage group A, and the 7-11th place in each group enters the second stage group B.
second stage:
Group A: Each team takes the VP (between 1-5) points of the first stage group, and competes with 5 teams from the other group in the first stage, and ranks 1-10 in this stage according to the cumulative VP.
Group B: Each team takes the VP (between 7-11) points of the first stage group, and competes with 5 teams from the other group in the first stage, and ranks 11-20th in this stage according to the cumulative VP.
1 and 2 are promoted, 3 and 4 are in the elimination 1-1, 5 and 6 are in the elimination 1-2, 7-10 are relegated, 11-14 are in the elimination 1-3, 15-18 are in the elimination 1- 4, 19, and 20 were demoted.
The third stage: Divisional knockout.
(1) The first round of elimination
Knockout 1-1: In the second stage, the 3rd and 4th players will play 48 decks of cards. The winning team is promoted and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: In the second stage, the 5 and 6 players will compete with 48 decks. The winning team enters the knockout 2-1, and the losing team is relegated.
Knockout 1-3: The 11-14 in the second stage will play 48 decks of cards. The 11th team has the right to choose opponents from the 13th and 14th teams. The winning team relegated and the losing team entered the knockout round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 15-18 in the second stage will play 48 decks of cards. The 15th team has the right to choose opponents from the 17th and 18th teams. The winning team entered the knockout round 2-2, and the losing team was relegated.
(2) The second round of elimination
Knockout 2-1: The losing team of the knockout 1-1 and the winning team of the knockout 1-2 will play a 48-deck match. The winning team is promoted, and the losing team is relegated.
Knockout 2-2: The 2 losing teams of the knockout 1-3 and the 2 winning teams of the knockout 1-4 will play a 48-deck match. The team ranked first among the four teams in the second stage has the right to choose opponents from the third and fourth teams, the winning team will be relegated, and the losing team will be relegated.
3. Open Category C: There are two stages.
The first stage: The competition method is determined according to the registration situation. The first and second players are promoted, the 3-8 players enter the knockout 1-1, and the 9-14 players enter the knockout 1-2.
The second stage: Divisional knockout.
(1) The first round of elimination
Knockout 1-1: The 3rd and 4th teams in the first stage have the right to choose their opponents from the 6-8th teams in order to play 48 decks of cards. The winning team is promoted and the losing team enters the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 9th and 10th teams in the first stage have the right to choose their opponents from the 12-14th teams in order for 48 decks of cards. The winning team enters the knockout 2-1.
(2) The second round of elimination
Knockout 2-1: The 3 losing teams of the knockout 1-1 and the 3 winning teams of the knockout 1-2 will play 48 cards. Among the 6 teams, the teams ranked 1st and 2nd in the first stage have the right to choose their opponents from the 4-6 teams in turn, and the winning team will be promoted.
4. Women's Team
There are 3 games every day, each with 16 decks of cards. The specific competition method depends on the registration situation.
(2) Quota for promotion and promotion
1. Open Group A
Relegated 4 teams to the second-tier team.
2. Open Group B
Promote 4 teams to the A team and drop 8 teams to the C team.
3. Open Group C
Promoted 8 teams to the second team.
4. Women's Team
The competition will not be classified temporarily
(3) The competition adopts the "China Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the China Bridge Association in 2018 and the "Supplementary Regulations on China Bridge Competition Rules" (2020).
(4) Each pair of players brings two copies of the Chinese system card and its attached pages to the table during the game.
8. Admission rankings and rewards
(1) Certificates will be given to the top 6 admissions of the Open Group A Team and Women's Group, among which the top 3 will be awarded medals.
(2) The Open Group A relegation team and a B promotion team, if no athletes in the team have participated in the 2021 National Bridge A Club League, and the team needs to retain 4 athletes with an appearance rate of more than 50%, they are entitled to participate in 2022 A club league qualifying round.
(3) The women's team will take 2 teams in order to qualify for the 2022 National Bridge Club Women's League.
(4) All levels of competitions are awarded to the China Bridge Association Masters in accordance with the "China Bridge Association Member Technical Level Standards".
9. Registration and check-in
(1) Registration
1. All participating clubs must report to the China Bridge Association and the competition area 20 days before the start of the competition.
2. Registration fee: 1,000 yuan/team. The registration fee is collected by the organizer and used to subsidize the lack of competition funds.
3. Change list
(1) Within 10 days after the registration deadline, each team can submit a written form to the China Bridge Association to change the list (including changing team names, adding, reducing, changing athletes, correcting registration errors, etc.).
(2) If you change the name list 10 days after the registration deadline, you must fill in the change list application form and submit it to the competition group before the start of the first game. A handling fee of 100 yuan will be charged for each change.
(2) Registration
The referees will report to the competition area 3 days before the match, and each team will report to the competition area one day before the match.
10. The methods for the selection and appointment of referees and arbitration committees are separately formulated.
11. Other
(1) The participating teams must purchase personal accident insurance (including during the competition and on the way back and forth).
(2) The team leader meeting is scheduled to be held at 20:30 one day before the game. Each team must be attended by the team leader or coach.
(3) Matters not covered will be notified separately.
