Gansu Bridge Sports Association
1. Time and place:
From May 1st to 3rd, 2010, it was held at the Provincial Bridge Activity Center (No. 262, Railway West Village, Lanzhou City).
2. Eligibility:
1. All participating units must be association members or club members of Gansu Bridge Association.
2. Teams: Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. Team One and Two, Gansu Electric Power Company, Baiyin Group Company, Lanzhou Tianhe Club, Gansu Sapphire Club, Gansu Geology and Mineral Bureau, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Gansu Locomotive Club, Lanzhou University of Technology, Gansu Province Kangshou Club, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company
3. The participating players must be members of the Chinese Bridge Association and comply with the relevant regulations on the registration files and transfer methods of the Provincial Bridge Association members.
4. Each team can report 1 leader (or coach) and 4-6 athletes.
3. Competition method:
1. Implement the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" (1999 edition) approved by the Chinese Bridge Association and the 2006 "Chinese Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge Judging Law (Trial)" and the supplementary regulations for bridge competitions in Gansu Province.
2. The game will be played in a single round-robin format, with 16 decks of cards played in each round, and the ranking will be ranked by cumulative VP.
4. Arrangement:
Teams are numbered according to their rank in the previous competition. Two teams from the same unit meet in the first round.
5. Competition procedure:
1. When playing the same cards in the whole court, the players should distribute the game cards according to the requirements of the referee, carefully copy the card types, and play one pair to make another.
2. The Beijia is responsible for managing, taking and placing the game cards, and the East and the West are responsible for checking. All players are responsible for ensuring that table procedures are correct.
3. Players should take cards from the correct position of the card sleeve, and only after confirming the position of the card type and the number of cards are correct, they can look at the card and the card type. During the game, the card sleeve is always placed in the center of the card table. After playing the card, the card should also be correctly put back into the card sleeve. After that, no player may look at the card again.
4. Nanjia is responsible for accurately and completely filling out the score sheet in duplicate that needs to be sent to the referee table. The owner is responsible for filling in the score sheet retained by its own team, and checking and signing the score sheet filled in by Nanjia. Then, the winning team (or the home team if the VP is the same) is responsible for sending the first joint score sheet recorded by the South House of the Opening and Closing Room to the referee table within 5 minutes after the end of the stipulated game time for each round. If the score sheet is not handed in on time, the responsible party will be scored as abstention, and the non-responsible party will be scored according to the actual game result.
5. Secret agreement is strictly prohibited. All agreed calls (including the habitual tacit understanding between partners) must be reminded in a timely manner in accordance with the prescribed methods (except for those who may not be reminded according to the regulations, or the other party requests not to be reminded).
6. Once any legal bidding card is placed on the pusher, it cannot be changed, and the illegal bidding must be changed immediately.
7. During bidding, all inquiries and explanations must be in writing.
8. Competition time limit: 16 decks of cards, 2 hours and 05 minutes
The referee can stop playing cards according to the needs of the competition time, but the cards that have started the bidding stage must be played. At this time, points will be deducted according to the corresponding standards. Unplayed cards will be procedurally punished for the offending party. Each deck of cards will be deducted 1 VP, and the deduction will be the sum of the deductions of both parties. If both parties are responsible, each deduction will be 1/2 of the prescribed deduction.
9. The time limit for correcting errors is 30 minutes after the official score is announced.
10. The use of psychological bidding is prohibited. Unusual bidding systems such as weak opening bids and highly unconventional (brown convention) convention bids are prohibited.
11. The use of mobile communication tools is prohibited during the game. For those who do not answer or watch, the relevant team will be deducted 2VP; those who have answered or watched will be disqualified for the round. Repeated players will be subject to further penalties up to and including disqualification.
12. Smoking is prohibited in the arena, and violators will be penalized 2VP for the relevant team. Repeated players will be subject to further penalties up to and including disqualification.
13. Respect the referee, obey the ruling, respect the opponent, and respect the partner. No abuse or uncivilized behavior with insulting language is allowed during the game. Once found, the relevant team will be deducted 0.5-2 VP. If there are multiple appearances or persuasion not to change, further penalties will be given according to the seriousness of the circumstances until the disqualification of the competition.
14. The bidding system and attacking signals used must fill in the contract card in detail and bring it into the arena. Players who do not have the contract card will be given procedural penalties.
6. Statement:
1. An arbitration committee will be set up for the competition to accept relevant appeals.
2. All appeals must be made to the chief referee within 30 minutes after the end of the round, with written materials and an appeal fee of RMB 50.
7. Admission ranking and awards:
1. The top six places will be admitted to the competition, with one trophy for the first place, six gold medals, and 60 points for the provincial master (3); one trophy for the second place, six silver medals, and 40 points for the provincial master (2); One trophy, six bronze medals, 30 points for the provincial master (1); 20 points for the fourth provincial master; 10 points for the fifth provincial master; 5 points for the sixth provincial master.
2. The ninth and subsequent teams in the competition will be demoted to the B-level team.
8. Others
1. The registration deadline for participating teams is April 26. Before that, all teams are requested to submit their entry list to the Provincial Bridge Association. 2. Each team must pay a registration fee of 100 yuan; at the same time, pay the group and individual membership fees of the year.
3. A team leader meeting will be held at the activity center at 4 pm on April 30.
