5. Composition of the Organizing Committee of the Competition Area
The Organizing Committee of the competition area is composed of the relevant leaders of the organizer and the organizer.
6. Date and place of competition
The 18th Provincial College Bridge Team Competition was held at Gansu Agricultural University from May 22 to 23, 2010.
7. Conditions for athletes to participate in the competition
(1) Athletes in the faculty group competition must be in-service faculty members in colleges and specialized secondary schools; athletes in the student group must be admitted by the provincial admissions department and school in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education for the unified national admissions examination and admission. Full-time students and postgraduate students with official student status.
(2) Athletes in the student group must pass the cultural exam, abide by the relevant regulations of the school, and have been certified by the hospital to be in good health.
8. Registration regulations
(1) The competition is divided into two groups: staff and students. Each school in the teaching group can apply for one team, and each school in the student group can apply for two teams (limited to 12 teams).
(2) The participating teams must form a team from one school to participate.
(3) Each team is limited to 1 leader, 1 coach and 6 athletes.
(4) Once registered athletes are not allowed to be substituted.
9. Competition method
(1) The competition shall implement the latest bridge competition rules promulgated by the International Bridge Federation.
(2) According to the number of registered teams, the ranking will be determined by grouping round-robin or single round-robin competition.
10. Admission ranking and awards
(1) According to the number of registered teams, the top three will be selected for the faculty group and the top three for the student group.
(2) "Sports Morality Award" will be set up in the teaching staff and student groups.
Certificates will be awarded to the sports teams that have won the above awards, and certificates will be awarded to the top three athletes.
11. Qualification review
In order to correct the style of the game and reflect the purpose of the education department to hold the Games to educate people, all participating colleges and universities are requested to seriously and seriously examine the qualifications of the athletes who have signed up for the competition, and strictly control them in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
(1) A qualification review team will be established for the competition to strictly review the qualifications of all registered athletes, and those who commit fraud and violate the regulations will be dealt with severely in accordance with the disciplinary penalties for national student sports competitions.
(2) The Qualification Review Committee will carefully check the qualifications of the participating athletes before the competition, during the competition and after the competition. If they are found to be unqualified before the competition, they will be disqualified from participating in the competition, and they will not be allowed to report to others; If there is a person who does not meet the qualifications of the competition during or after the competition, the qualifications and results of the competition will be cancelled.
(3) Anyone who has any objection to the qualifications of the participating athletes (teams) and lodges a complaint shall submit the "Appeal Report" signed by the team leader to the competition arbitration group before it can be accepted.
12. Registration and Registration
(1) The deadline for registration of the competition is May 10, 2010; each school can report the team name, player list, contact person and contact information to Wang Kenian of Gansu Agricultural University by email. Specific contact information:

(2) All participating schools must complete the registration in strict accordance with the stipulated date. Overdue registration will be invalid.
(3) Once the official registration is made, it cannot be changed for any reason.
13. Referee
The chief referee, deputy referee and chief referee shall be selected by the organizer.
14. Expenses
The Organizing Committee of the competition only charges a registration fee of RMB 200 per team from the participating schools, which shall be paid by the team leader on the day of the competition; the participating school student teams are exempted from paying the registration fee.
15. Other matters
(1) Matters not covered in this regulation will be notified separately.
(2) The right to interpret this regulation belongs to the Provincial School Sports Association.
