6. Conditions of entry: All institutions of higher learning across the country
7. Competition items: Open team competition
8. Entry requirements:
The competition is organized by school as a unit, and at least one of the contestants is required to be an in-service school-level leader of an ordinary college.
9. Participation Regulations:
1. Through the Department of Education (Education Commission) of each province, city, and autonomous region, organize the registration of colleges and universities in each province and city.
2. The participating teams must form a team from one school to participate in the competition.
3. Registration: All participating units should submit the registration form (in duplicate) to the following addresses before June 1, 2010:

4. All participants must apply for "personal accident insurance" at the local insurance company (including during the competition and on the way to and from the competition).
10. Competition method:
1. The game consists of 8 rounds of Swiss Shift, with 10 decks of cards in each round. The cards are pre-made by the computer, and the 25:0 VP table is adopted, and each team will not repeat the match.
2. The competition implements the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association in 1999 and the "Chinese Bridge Association Double Contract Bridge" promulgated in 2006
Judgment Law (for Trial Implementation).
11. Expenses:
Competitors are responsible for their own transportation, food and lodging, and the registration fee is 500 yuan per team.
