Competition rules

1. Competition time and place:

From September 8th to 12th, 2010, it was held in Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace.

2. Competition items:

1. Open team competition and double competition.

2. Double competition of leading cadre group.

3. Athlete Qualification

1. Athletes must be on-the-job employees of the unit. Falsification of athlete qualifications is strictly prohibited.

2. The physical condition of the participating athletes must be suitable for participating in the competition. Each unit must strictly control the health of the athletes. If there is an accident during the competition, the delegation will be responsible for it.

4. Participation method:

1. Each team can apply for 4-6 athletes (both male and female) and 1 leader and coach to participate in the team competition. Units with only one pair of players can only participate in the double competition. The units participating in the team competition can apply for two to Three pairs of players play in doubles.

2. There is no limit to the registration of the leading cadre group. Leaders can choose partners in their own units, or they can group pairs across units, and get half and half of the ranking points.

3. Each pair of players shall fill in the agreement card in triplicate (photocopy). One should be handed over to the competition team at the time of registration, and the other two should be brought to the arena for future reference.

5. Competition method:

1. The competition method will be determined according to the number of registered teams.

2. Adopt the bridge competition rules approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

3. The Swiss system is used for the team competition, with eight rounds of 16 cards played in each round.

4. In the double match, the grouping will be determined according to the logarithm reported. In the three arenas at the same time, three rounds of preliminaries will be played first, and the top 20 will be selected for the second round of finals.

5. The leading cadre group decides the rounds of the competition according to the number of registrations.

6. Admission ranking and awards:

Take the top eight teams in the team competition and double competition, and score 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, and score in the team competition × 2. Less than 8 teams (8 pairs) (including 8 teams and 8 pairs) One less admission will be scored according to the high limit.

7. Registration:

1. All participating units must submit the computer-printed registration form to the provincial trade union before August 10. Late registration will not be accepted.

2. The leaders and coaches of each team will hold a team leader and coach meeting on the 10th floor of the Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace at 3:00 pm on September 3.

8. Referee and Arbitration Committee:

1. The referees are appointed by the competition committee of this project.

2. The composition and scope of duties of the Arbitration Commission shall be implemented in accordance with the Regulations of the Arbitration Commission.

9. For unresolved matters, further notice will be given.

10. The right to interpret this regulation rests with the organizing committee of the conference.
