1. Competition time and place:

Competition time: August 20, 2010 afternoon, evening, 21 --- 22 all day

Venue: 10th Floor, Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace

2. Participating units

All provincial departments and bureaus, subordinate scientific research units, colleges and universities, etc. in Hefei, as well as Hefei municipal organs, enterprises and institutions can sign up to participate in the competition. (Bridge fans are also free to form teams to participate)

3. Competition method

1. Each team can report 1 leader (or coach) and 4 to 6 athletes (both male and female). The athletes must be members of the Chinese Bridge Association.

2. Registration fee: each participating team pays 500 yuan for the registration fee, and the women's team is exempt from payment

3. Please submit the registration form to the Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace before August 10

4. The team leader meeting will be held at the stadium at 16:00 on August 19, 2010

4. Competition method

1. The competition starts with eight rounds of Swiss system, with 10 cards played in each round. Take the top eight to the finals (knockout).

2. Implement the bridge competition rules approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

3. Players should abide by the principle of "fast speed, sophisticated technology, and positive style of play", and it is strictly forbidden to make secret appointments.

4. Each pair of players fills in the agreement card in 2 copies and takes it to the arena for future reference

5. After the game starts, players are not allowed to change, and players are not allowed to play two teams. If found to cancel the results of the game

5. Rewards

1. The top six will be rewarded. The top three will be awarded 2,000 yuan, 1,000 yuan, 800 yuan, and the fourth to sixth place will be awarded 500 yuan each.

2. According to the regulations of the Provincial Bridge Association, the winning teams participating in the competition shall declare the master score of the Chinese Bridge Association and the provincial master score (if you have not paid the individual membership fee or are not a member of the Chinese Bridge Association, please re-issue a membership card)

6. Unfinished matters will be negotiated at the team leader meeting
