Competition rules

1. Competition items: open group, civil servant group (one of them above the deputy hall) double competition

2. Competition time and place:

September 24-26, 2010 Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace (10th Floor)

3. Participation method:

1. Each unit can report the number of athletes, male or female, and one team leader and coach. All team members must be in good health (all safety issues are the responsibility of the team).

2. Male players must be over 60 years old and female players must be over 55 years old (one person in a pair can be reduced by 5 years old), and must bring their ID cards when registering. There is no age limit for inviting provincial bridge association leaders to participate.

3. All participating teams are responsible for their own expenses, with a standard of 140 yuan per person per day for board and lodging.

 4. Each pair of players should fill in the agreement card in duplicate (photocopy), and bring it to the arena for future reference. Unconventional bidding system is not allowed in this competition.

4. Competition method:

1. Implement the Chinese bridge competition rules approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

2. This competition consists of an open group and a civil servant group (leading comrades above the deputy hall).

3. The competition will be played in four rounds (one round in the afternoon of September 24, one round in the morning and afternoon of September 25, and one round in the morning of September 26), and the method of group competition will be determined according to the number of registrations.

4. Athletes must be members of the Chinese Bridge Association. The players who have won the ranking will declare the master points of the Chinese Bridge Association, and all participating players will be awarded the master points of the Provincial Bridge Association.

5. Registration and registration

1. Each team will submit the registration form to the Provincial Bridge Association (Hefei Workers Cultural Palace, zip code 230011) Xing Weimin before September 15th, telephone 0551-5282069, mobile phone 13956958253, fax 0551-4295812, and it will be automatically waived if it is overdue.

2. Each team should report to the 10th floor of Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace before 11:00 am on September 24, and hold a team leader meeting at 11:10 on the 10th floor of the stadium.

6. Admission ranking and awards

Rewards will be given to the top six in the open group and civil servant group.

7. The unfinished matters will be negotiated at the team leader meeting.
