1. The time and place of the competition: It will be held from September 16 to 19, 2010 at the Workers' Cultural Palace in Hefei.
2. Competition items: open group, women's group, mixed doubles group
3. Participation method:
1. Each unit can apply for one to three pairs of players in the open group, one team leader and coach, and there is no limit to the registration of the women’s group and mixed doubles group.
2. All participating teams are responsible for their own expenses, with a standard of 140 yuan per person per day for board and lodging.
3. Each pair of players should fill in the agreement card in duplicate, and bring it to the arena for future reference. Weak opening and unconventional bidding systems are not allowed.
4. Each pair of players pays a registration fee of 60 yuan per stage (non-members pay 100 yuan), the women's team is exempt, and the mixed doubles team is halved. The lifelong masters of the Provincial Bridge Association are exempted from paying the registration fee, the spades masters are exempted from paying the semi-final and final registration fees, and the hearts masters are exempted from paying the final registration fee.
4. Competition method:
1. Implement the Chinese Bridge Competition Rules approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.
2. The competition group will be drawn by the competition group of the conference and the chief referee.
3. The mixed doubles group will play three rounds in the afternoon, evening and morning of September 16th.
4. The open group preliminaries, semi-finals and finals will be held in three stages (preliminaries on the afternoon and evening of September 17; semi-finals on the morning and afternoon of September 18; finals on the evening of September 18 and the morning of September 19), each stage Each round will be played in two rounds, and the number of participants will be determined according to the number of participants to participate in the semi-finals and finals.
4. Play 24 decks of cards in each round, play two rounds in each stage, and enter the semi-finals and finals with 30% of the points accumulated in the two rounds.
5. The women's team will decide the competition method according to the logarithm of registration or play in the open group, and the ranking will be based on the logarithm of the women's doubles.
5. Registration and registration:
1. Each team should submit the registration form to the Provincial Bridge Association (Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace) before September 10. 2. Mixed doubles teams should report to the 10th floor of the Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace before 10 am on September 16.
3. Open and women's teams should report to the 10th floor of the Hefei Workers' Cultural Palace before 10:00 am on September 17, and a team leader meeting will be held on the 10th floor of the Cultural Palace at 10:10. Out of date will not be accepted.
6. Rewards:
1. The top eight finalists in the open group will be rewarded, and the players who enter the final will be awarded master points by the Anhui Bridge Association.
2. The women's group and mixed doubles group will be awarded the ranking and provincial master points according to the number of participating pairs.
3. The top ten players in the open group shall declare the master score of the Chinese Bridge Association, but the team members must be members of the Chinese Bridge Association. The women's and mixed doubles groups will declare the master points according to the number of entries.
7. The unfinished matters will be negotiated at the team leader meeting.
