Competition Regulations of the 25th "Sunset Cup" Bridge Tournament in Sichuan Province

Sichuan Bridge Association

1. This competition is hosted by Sichuan Bridge Association and undertaken by Xichang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Sports.

2. The competition will be held in Xichang from November 14th to 18th.

3. Competition items: Open 4-person team competition.

4. Eligibility:

1. There is no gender limit for the participating athletes. The birth time must be: before December 31, 1950 (male) and before December 31, 1955 (female). Each team is allowed to have no more than 1/3 (including 1/3) of the players in the age of 5 years lower according to the above calculation method.

2. The participating team members must be in good health (each participating unit must be responsible for the health of its athletes during the competition).

3. Open Red Team: Fushun County, Yibin Cultural Palace Bridge Club, Provincial Bridge Association, Deyang City, Rong County People's Hospital, Neijiang City, Shuangliu General, Zigong Bridge Association, Huaying City, Sichuan Coal Furong Group, Nanchong City First Team , China Nuclear Construction, provincial organs, Mianyang City, Dazhu County Lao Association, Zigong Ziliu Well.

4. Open Yellow Team: Dazhou Tongchuan District, Chengdu Aobo, Nanchong Jialing District, Southwest Sichuan Mining District, Yibin City, Chengdu Xintong, Panzhihua Iron and Steel, Zigong Jiuda, Neijiang Jieyuan, Nanchong Wenwei, Nanchong City 2 teams , Nanchong City Shunqing District, Yandu Huaxin, Zigong City Economic Commission, Dazhou Rising Sun, Sichuan Salt Zigong.

5. Open Blue Team; Panzhihua City, Wusheng County, Zigong Xinmin Community, Zigong Light Industry Design Institute, Zigong Yantan District Old Sports Association, Zigong City Bridge Association Team 1, Zigong Honghua, South Sichuan Mining Area, Yibin City Laogan , Mianzhu City Laogan, China Railway Second Institute, Suining City Laogan, Panzhihua Jinqiu and other teams.

6. If there is a vacancy in the red and yellow groups, they will be listed in the order of the group and filled in order according to the order of paragraphs 4 and 5. The red and yellow groups will make up 16 teams.

7. Each team is limited to 1 leader or coach and 4-6 athletes, and a copy of the ID card must be attached. Any team with an average age of over 70 years old can be oversized by 2 people (the average age should still be counted) and are allowed to participate.

8. Each pair of players must prepare 2 copies of the "Promise Card".

5. Competition method

1. The red and yellow groups are single round-robin, with a total of 15 rounds and 12 matches in each round.

2. The blue team will determine the competition system according to the registration situation, and the competition arrangement will be synchronized with the red and yellow teams in principle. If the total number of participating teams is less than 41 teams (including 41 teams), the yellow and blue teams will be combined and the Swiss shift system will be adopted. The rounds of the competition are to be determined (no more than 15 rounds).

3. Whether to set up a curtain or not depends on the specific situation of the organizer.

5. The competition adopts the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" and is scored according to the 25:0 (VP) system.

6. Registration and registration

1. 2. Each team should report to the competition area on November 13. Competitors report to the competition area on November 12.

7. Fees:

1. The first team of each city, state and group member unit, the provincial sports general team and the provincial bridge joint team are exempted from paying the registration fee; other participating teams and over-staffed personnel pay the registration fee to the competition area at RMB 50 per person.

2. All participating teams are responsible for their own expenses.

8. Admissions and Awards

1. The 1st to 8th place in the red group will receive a cup (card) and be rewarded;

2. Certificates of award for the 1st to 4th place in the yellow and blue groups;

3. Record the master score of Sichuan Bridge Association.

4. The 13th to 16th places in the Open Red and Open Yellow groups will be demoted, and the 1st to 4th places in the Open Yellow and Open Blue groups will be promoted. For example, the yellow and blue teams are merged. After the merger, the top 1-4 teams will be promoted, and the 5-16 teams will be the yellow teams of the next year's competition.

     9. The chief referee and chief recorder of the competition shall be designated by the Provincial Bridge Association, and the competition staff shall be selected by the organizer.

10. An arbitration committee will be set up for the competition, and the members of the arbitration committee will be selected and hired by the Provincial Bridge Association.

11. The right to interpret this regulation belongs to Sichuan Bridge Association. Matters not notice.
