1. Registration and submission of relevant information:

(1) The registration for the competition shall be filled in according to the unified registration form.

(2) The organizer will contact three hotels with different prices near the venue for each team to choose and book:

1. Zui Taiping Hotel (Samsung): 52 standard rooms, 3 single rooms, can accommodate 107 people, the standard room board and lodging standard is 140 yuan per person per day; the single room board and lodging standard is 210 yuan per person per day.

2. Shanhai Hotel: 25 standard rooms, 10 single rooms, can accommodate 60 people, the standard room accommodation standard is 120 yuan per person per day; the single room accommodation standard is 160 yuan per person per day.

3. Family-style hotel: 60 standard rooms, 30 single rooms, 15 triple rooms, can accommodate 195 people, the standard room accommodation standard is 100 yuan per person per day, the single room accommodation standard is 120 yuan per person per day, and the triple room accommodation standard The standard is 90 yuan per person per day, dining in Shanhai Hotel.

(3) The train (air) tickets from Xichang back to Chengdu are relatively tight. For teams that need the Organizing Committee to book return tickets, the contents of the return ticketing information to be submitted include: return date, place of arrival, number of tickets purchased, train or plane, train number or flight, sleeper or hard seat, and what to report for booking plane tickets Send a copy of your ID etc. The information of each team's return ticket booking must be approved by the team leader's signature. If the ticket is refunded after booking, the handling fee shall be borne by itself. The organizing committee will make every effort to solve the problem according to the ticket information booked by each team. In case of special circumstances, it can at least reach Chengdu, and then each team will transfer to its destination.

2. Registration time and place

All participating teams are invited to report to Shanhai Hotel, Qionghai Moonlight Town, Xichang City on November 13.

1. By bus route: Take bus No. 12 at the railway station (starting at 6:10 in the morning, every 10 minutes), get off at the long-distance bus station (terminal), and transfer to No. 14 at the bus station. Bus No. 17 and No. 22 get off at Qionghai Hotel Station and walk 30 meters to reach Shanhai Hotel.

2. You can take a taxi directly.

3. The organizing committee can provide paid pick-up service:

Small van (can take 6 to 8 people), 30 yuan per vehicle;

For teams who need paid pick-up service, please inform the specific date, train (flight) and time of arrival in Xichang in advance so as to arrange pick-up.
