4. Time and place of the competition: November 26 to 28, 2010 at the Huatian Hotel in Yiyang City

5. Competition items: Open team competition

6. Competition method: 5 rounds of Swiss system, 20 decks of cards in each round, divided into two quarters. The ranking is based on the total VP of the 5 rounds.

7. Participating units: 1 team from each of the 14 cities and states, 5 teams from provincial units, and 1 team from sponsoring units.

8. Admission ranking: The top 8 admitted VPs will be rewarded.

9. Qualifications of participating team members: 4 of the team members of each city and state team must have the city's state household registration; 4 of the team members of the provincial units must be in-service personnel of the provincial system. Otherwise, the registration qualification of the unit will be cancelled and the competition will not be accepted.

Ten, registration, registration

1. Each team can apply for 1 leader and coach and 4-6 players.

2. At least 4 team members in the registration form must attach their own city and state household registration book and a copy of their ID card.

3. The application form should be in duplicate, and should be stamped with the official seal of each city and state sports bureau, and the provincial unit should stamp the official seal of the unit, and send it to Liu Zhiqiang, chief of the Group Section of Yiyang Sports Bureau, before November 15, 2010. 4. Registration: All participating teams are requested to report to Huatian Hotel in Yiyang City before 16:00 pm on November 26, 2010 (after getting off the expressway in Yiyang City, go straight along Yiyang Avenue to the right of the 5th company), and it will be held at 19:00 Team leader meeting, the game starts at 20:00.

11. Funding

1. Each team is responsible for its own travel expenses, and the food, lodging and expenses are arranged and borne by the conference.

2. Over-staffing is strictly prohibited for each team. Over-staff members will be charged 300 yuan per person/day for board and lodging.

3. Each team must pay the competition registration fee of 800 yuan.

12. The referees are appointed by the Provincial Bridge Association.
