Supplementary Notice Regarding the 2021 National Bridge Championships

With the approval of the State Sports General Administration, the 2021 National Bridge Championships will be held in mid-May. The supplementary notice of the relevant matters of the competition is as follows:
1. Game time
May 14-23, 2021
2. The venue of the competition
CITIC Guoan Emeishan Gymnasium, Leshan City, Sichuan Province
3. Registration
(1) The eligibility and registration fee standards shall be implemented in accordance with Article 4 of the "2021 National Bridge Championships Competition Regulations".
(2) Registration and payment
1. All competitions are registered online through the "2021 National Bridge Championships" event on China Bridge Network. Please fill in the registration content in strict accordance with the requirements of online registration. All participants must apply for at least one project in the event topic before May 8, so that the organizing committee can make certificates.
Important note: The entry of personnel into the arena is strictly controlled, and the competition certificate is the only certificate for the participants to enter the arena!
2. After registration, complete the payment online through Alipay or WeChat to confirm the registration, otherwise the registration will be invalid.
3. Projects that charge registration fees in stages must complete the payment at the venue half an hour before the start of the next stage of the competition.
4. After successful registration on China Bridge Network, the PIN code of the participating team (pair) will be obtained. Please keep the PIN code in a safe place. The PIN code will be used in many aspects of the competition, such as drawing lots, playing lists, etc.
5. Athletes who register for grassroots team competitions must provide photos or scanned copies of identity and household registration materials (identity card, household registration book or social security relationship certificate) to the mailbox of China Bridge Association at the same time as registration, otherwise the registration will be deemed invalid. The deadline for registration and submission of materials for the grassroots team competition is 22:00 on May 12, and the list of athletes cannot be modified after the registration deadline.
Important reminder: Athletes who want to represent provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning, and industry sports associations to participate in the 2021 National Bridge Team Competition should not participate in this competition!
(3) Project adjustment
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, quick knockout matches, Swiss double matches, graded double matches, and consecutive double matches are not included in the official competition.

(5) According to the "Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of National Bridge Events" and territorial epidemic prevention requirements, all participants (including team leaders, coaches, athletes, staff, etc.) must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 5 days before they can participate, and the implementation of "Sichuan Tianfu Health Link" green code access system. Athletes from medium and high risk areas are not allowed to participate.
4. Accommodation
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the food and lodging of this event will be arranged by the organizing committee. All participants will stay at the designated hotel, and those who do not check in at the designated hotel are not allowed to participate in the competition. Each team is responsible for the cost of food and lodging.
(1) Century Sunshine Hotel, Mount Emei (five-star, 600 meters from the stadium, 6 minutes walk): 280 yuan/day/room (including breakfast).
(2) Emei Mountain Century Sunshine Shangsai Hotel (four-star, 600 meters from the stadium, 6 minutes walk): 220 yuan/day/room (including breakfast).

(4) When making a hotel reservation, the exact names and membership numbers of the contestants, as well as the room type, check-in time, and length of stay, must be provided. In principle, no room exchange will be given.
(5) Each team must complete the room reservation before May 10.
(6) A deposit of 500 yuan per room must be paid in advance when booking the hotel, and it will not be refunded if there is no reason to check out.
5. Registration
(1) The referee and arbitration committee will report on May 12.
(2) According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, all participating team members must choose one of the two designated time periods to report. Check-in is not accepted outside the designated time period.
The first centralized registration time: May 13 (9:00-16:00).
The second centralized registration time: May 16 (9:00-16:00).
(3) Check-in location: Century Sunshine Hotel, Mount Emei (No. 412, Mingshan East Road, Mount Emei)
(4) At the time of registration, each team must submit the “Negative Nucleic Acid Test Report within 5 Days”, “Health Declaration Form” and “Epidemic Prevention and Control Commitment” to the conference for inspection, and check that “Sichuan Tianfu Health Link” is a green code , otherwise the competition will not be accepted.
(5) After the Organizing Committee has verified the reported materials, it will arrange for all personnel to receive nucleic acid testing and sampling in the isolation area. Only if the test result is negative can they participate in the competition (the cost of the second nucleic acid testing shall be borne by the Organizing Committee). Athletes who fail to report on time are not allowed to enter the arena and participate in the competition until the nucleic acid test results are qualified.
6. Traffic
(1) Aircraft
Transfer from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport to an intercity train (Shuangliu Airport - Emei or Mount Emei).
(2) Train
1. The distance from Emei Station to the check-in location is about 2.5 kilometers (5 minutes by taxi);
2. The distance from Emeishan Station to the check-in location is about 4.6 kilometers (8 minutes by taxi).
