1. Competition:

Fujian Bridge Association decided to hold the 5th East China "Haixing Energy" Cup Bridge Friendship Tournament in Fuzhou from March 5th to 7th, 2011.


2. Game time and place:

The 5th East China "Haixing Energy" Cup Bridge Friendship Tournament was held from March 5th to 7th, 2011 at the Fujian Hot Spring Hotel.

3. Inviting units:

Shanghai, Shandong, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Anhui and China Bridge Association. Fujian Province made another arrangement, and the total number of teams should not exceed 18 teams.

4. Participation method:

1. Each participating unit can apply for one male and one female team, 4-6 athletes, and one person in charge of each provincial and municipal bridge association (and team leader).

2. Each team is responsible for its own expenses. The daily room and board fee for two standard rooms is 200 yuan per person. The daily cost of board and lodging for a single room is 300 yuan per person. The daily board and lodging fee is 240 yuan per person for a two-person standard room for super-staffed personnel, and 340 yuan per person per day for a single-person single room for super-staffed staff.

3. The total prize money of the conference is more than 20,000 yuan, and the tour fee, souvenir fee and competition fee shall be borne by the conference.

4. Each pair of players should fill in the agreement card in duplicate (photocopy), and bring it to the arena for future reference during the competition.

5. Competition method:

1. Each team should implement the principle of "upright style, sophisticated technology, and fast speed", and strictly prohibit secret appointments and illegal information.

2. Implement the Chinese bridge competition rules approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.

3. The competition is conducted in a single round-robin system of four-player teams. Each round will play 12 decks of cards, regardless of the upper and lower sections. The ranking will be calculated according to the sum of VPs in each round. to be determined later).

4, 5-7 daytime competitions, rest at night, and awards in the afternoon on the 7th.

5. With the agreement of the Chinese Bridge Association, the master score will be reported according to the competition results.

6. Registration and registration:

7. Admission ranking and awards:

 1. Trophies and bonuses will be awarded to the top three men's teams and the top two women's teams.
