1. Competition date and place


Held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province from March 23 to 29, 2011.

3. Competition items


Men's and women's team competitions.


4. Participating units


(1) Men's Group: Association members of the Chinese Bridge Association.


1. A team:


Zhejiang, Shanghai, Locomotive Sports Association, Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai Pudong, Jiangsu, Hubei, China Construction Sports Association, Shanxi, Hebei, Heilongjiang.


2. B team:


Anhui, Sichuan, Zhejiang Hangzhou, Coal Mine Association, Jiangxi, Light Industry, Hubei Wuhan, Shaanxi, Sichuan Chengdu, Petrochemical Association, China Construction Fanhua, Liaoning.


3. Team C: Meet one of the following conditions.


(1) Provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities under separate state planning, and bridge associations of industry sports associations;


(2) There are grassroots bridge associations with more than 500 members of the Chinese Bridge Association;


(3) Grassroots bridge associations with more than 10 clubs (A and B categories);


(4) The top 4 teams in the 2010 National Grassroots Bridge Association team competition;


(5) The grassroots bridge association that undertakes this competition.


(2) Women's Group: Member of the Chinese Bridge Association.


1. A team:


Zhejiang, Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hubei Xinyi Bridge Club, Guangdong, Shanxi, Hubei, Jiangsu, Wuhan Bridge Club, Shenyang Aoda Bridge Club, Hubei Wuhan.


2. Second-level teams: bridge associations and bridge clubs other than the first-level teams.


5. Athlete Qualifications


(1) All participating athletes must be individual members of the Chinese Bridge Association and registered bridge players at the same time. The representative qualifications of participating athletes shall be subject to the representative units registered in 2011.


(2) The athletes participating in the men's competition are mainly athletes from the region or the unit (where the household registration or social security relationship is located), and each team allows 2 athletes from non-local regions or the unit to participate. Athletes competing in the Women's Division are not subject to this clause.


(3) Female athletes may participate in the men's competition.


6. Participation method


(1) Each team can report 1 leader (or coach) and 4-6 athletes.


(2) Each team is responsible for its own expenses.


7. Competition method


(1) Competition method:


1. Men's A: There are two stages.


The first stage: round robin, 3 games per day, 16 pairs per game. The top 4 will enter the semi-finals, the 5th and 6th will be ranked 5th and 6th respectively, the 7th will be relegated, the 8th to 11th will enter the knockout rounds of 1-1 and 1-2 respectively, and the 12th will be relegated.


Stage 2: Knockout.


(1) 1st round knockout:


Semi-finals: The top 4 players in the first stage play in the 64-deck semi-finals. The first-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the third and fourth-placed teams. The winners advance to the finals, and the losers advance to the 3rd and 4th place matches.


Knockout 1-1: The 8th and 9th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The winner will be relegated, and the loser will advance to the knockout round 2-1.


Knockout 1-2: The 10th and 11th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout round. The winner goes to the knockout stage 2-1, the loser is relegated.


(2) 2nd round knockout:


Final: 96 decks of cards, divided into 6 quarters.


3rd and 4th place matches: 32 decks of cards are played, divided into 2 quarters.


Knockout 2-1: The losing team of the knockout 1-1 and the winning team of the knockout 1-2 play 64 decks of cards. The winner is relegated, the loser is relegated.


2. Men's B: There are two stages.


The first stage: round robin, 3 games per day, 16 pairs per game. The 1st place is promoted, the 2nd to 5th place enters the knockout stage 1-1 and 1-2 respectively, the 6th and 7th place are relegated, the 8th to 11th place enters the elimination 1-3 and 1-4 respectively, and the 12th place is relegated.

Knockout 1-1: The top 2 and 3 players in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout round. Winners advance, losers advance to knockout 2-1.


Knockout 1-2: The 4th and 5th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The winner goes to the knockout stage 2-1, and the loser stays out of relegation.


Knockout 1-3: The 8th and 9th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout round. The winner will be relegated, and the loser will advance to the knockout round 2-2.


Knockout 1-4: The 10th and 11th in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout match. The winner goes to the knockout stage 2-2, the loser is relegated.


(2) 2nd round knockout:


Knockout 2-1: The losing team of the knockout 1-1 and the winning team of the knockout 1-2 play 64 decks of cards. The winner is promoted, the loser is relegated.


Knockout 2-2: The loser of Knockout 1-3 and the winner of Knockout 1-4 play 64 decks of cards. The winner is relegated, the loser is relegated.


3. Men's C: There are two stages.


The first stage: round robin, 3 games per day, 16 pairs per game. When there are more than 14 teams registered, the team will be divided into 2 groups. At this time, the top 4 teams refer to the top 2 teams in each group and are ranked according to the average VP. The top 4 will enter the knockout round 1-1, and the 5th and 6th will enter the knockout round 1-2.


Stage 2: Knockout.


(1) 1st round knockout:


Knockout 1-1: The top 4 in the first stage play a 64-deck knockout match. The first-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the third and fourth-placed teams. The winners advance, and the losers advance to the second knockout round.


Knockout 1-2: The 5th and 6th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The winner advances to the second knockout round.


(2) 2nd round knockout (triangle match):


Triangle match between the 2 losing teams of the 1-1 knockout and the winning team of the 1-2 knockout. There are 32 decks of cards played between the two teams, divided into 4 quarters. Ranked by field points. 1st place upgrade.


4. Women's Class A: The competition method is the same as that of the Men's Class A.


5. Women's Class B: The competition method is the same as that of the Men's Class C.


(2) Promotion and promotion quota:


1. A team:


Both the men's and women's teams were demoted by 3 teams to the second division.


2. B team:


Both the men's and women's teams were promoted by 3 teams to the first-class team; the men's team was lowered by 3 teams to the third-class team.


3. Tier C team:


Promoted 3 teams to the second division.


(3) Adopt the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.


(4) The drawing of lots will be presided over by the competition team of the conference and the chief referee.


(5) Each pair of players should bring a contract card in 3 copies. 1 copy should be submitted to the competition team for the record at the time of registration.


8. Admission ranking and awards


(1) The top 6 teams of the men's and women's first-class teams will be admitted.


(2) Each group of competitions will be awarded the master points of the Chinese Bridge Association according to the "Technical Grade Standards for Chinese Bridge Association Members".


9. Registration and Registration


(1) Registration:


1. All units must send the registration form to the Chinese Bridge Association and the competition area before March 3rd. Overdue registration will be considered a waiver.


2. Registration fee: 800 yuan/team for the men's team, 500 yuan/team for the women's team, which should be sent to the designated address or account number in the competition area when registering, otherwise the registration will not be accepted.


3. Change list:


(1) Within 10 days after the registration deadline, each participating team can submit a written request to the Chinese Bridge Association to change the list (including changing the team name, adding, reducing, changing athletes, and correcting registration errors, etc.).


(2) Those who want to change the list 10 days after the registration deadline must fill in the application form for changing the list and submit it to the competition team of the conference before the start of the first competition. A handling fee of 100 yuan must be paid for each change.


(2) Registration:


The referee will report to the competition area 2 days before the game, and each team will report to the competition area 1 day before the game.


10. The selection method of the referee and the arbitration committee shall be formulated separately.
