Held in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province from July 2 to 9, 2011.

The club members registered before 2010 of the Chinese Bridge Association.
(1) A-level teams:
Shanghai Auto, Beijing Capital, Sanchen Cartoon, Hubei Dongfeng, Zhejiang Jingfan, Merrill Lynch, China Southern Power Grid, Shenzhen Nangang Power, China Life, Shenzhen Ping An, Suzhou Taihu, Jiangxi Jinsheng, Henan Fengshen, Shanghai Qihao, Shanghai Chuangyu , Beijing Hengsha.
(2) Division B teams:
Shanghai Finance, Pudong Pudong Development, Beijing Huayuan, Beijing Locomotive, Changsha Mobile, Guizhou Commercial Bank, Shanghai Wujiang, Tianjin Hope, Hunan Kangma, Shanghai Greentown, Nanjing Zhongshan, Hangzhou Xizi, Beijing Bedick Construction, Sichuan Coal Group, Shaanxi Qinlian, Huangshi Qixing, Beijing Century Changda, Shenzhen Airport, Chongqing Jinjian, Beijing Red Bull.
(3) Class C teams: participating clubs must meet at least one of the following terms:
1. Held more than 2 2010 National Bridge Communication Competitions;
2. As of 2011, the club has been registered with the Chinese Bridge Association for 3 consecutive years.
5. Athlete Qualifications
(1) Athletes must be individual members of the Chinese Bridge Association.
(2) Club-registered athletes shall give priority to representing their registered clubs.
(3) A registered athlete representing a non-registered club shall be allowed to participate in the competition if neither the athlete's priority registration unit nor the registered club has any objection.
(4) If the registered full-time players of the Class A club represent other clubs, it must be allowed only when there are more than 4 registered full-time players in the club.
6. Participation method
(1) Each club can apply for 1 team to participate in the competition, and each team can send 1 team leader (or coach) and 4-6 athletes.
(2) Each team shall be responsible for its own expenses for participating in the competition, and the accommodation shall be provided by itself.
7. Competition method
(1) Competition method:
1. A-level team: divided into two stages.
The first stage: single round robin. There are 3 games per day, each with 16 decks of cards. The top 4 will enter the knockout 1-1, the 5th to 8th will enter the knockout 1-2, the 9th and 10th will be relegated, the 11th and 12th will enter the knockout 1-3, the 13th and 14th will enter the knockout 1-4, 15th and 16th were relegated.
Stage 2: Knockout.
(1) 1st round knockout:
Knockout 1-1: The top 4 in the first stage play a 64-deck knockout. The first-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the third and fourth-placed teams. The winner goes to the final, the loser goes to the knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 5th to 8th place in the first stage play a 64-deck elimination round. The fifth-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the seventh and eighth-placed teams. The winner goes to the knockout stage 2-1, and the loser stays out of relegation.
Knockout 1-3: The 11th and 12th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The winner will be relegated, and the loser will advance to the knockout round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 13th and 14th in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The winner goes to the knockout stage 2-2, the loser is relegated.
(2) 2nd round knockout:
Knockout 2-1: The 2 losers of the knockout 1-1 and the 2 winners of the knockout 1-2 play a 64-deck knockout. The team that ranks first among the 4 teams in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent among the teams ranked 3 and 4. The winners will enter the 3rd and 4th places, and the losers will be ranked 5th and 6th according to the results of the first stage.
Knockout 2-2: The losing team of Knockout 1-3 and the winning team of Knockout 1-4 will play a 64-deck knockout match. The winner is relegated, the loser is relegated.
(3) Finals and 3rd and 4th place competitions:
Final: 96 decks of cards, divided into 6 quarters
3rd and 4th place matches: 32 decks of cards are played, divided into 2 quarters.
2. Second Division: There are two stages.
Stage 1: Single round robin, 16 decks of cards played in each game. The top 2 will be promoted, the 3rd and 4th will enter the knockout 1-1, the 5th to 8th will enter the knockout 1-2, the 9th and 10th will be relegated, the 11th to 14th will enter the knockout 1-3, and the 15th to 18th will be eliminated. Entering the knockout stage 1-4, the 19th and 20th were relegated.
Stage 2: Knockout.
(1) 1st round knockout:
Knockout 1-1: The 3rd and 4th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. Winners advance, losers advance to knockout 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 5th to 8th place in the first stage will play a 32-deck knockout match. The 5th place team has the right to choose an opponent from the 7th and 8th place teams, and the loser will be relegated. The winner will play another 32-deck knockout round, the winner will enter the knockout round 2-1, and the loser will be relegated.
Knockout 1-3: The 11th to 14th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck elimination round. The 11th-placed team has the right to choose an opponent from the 13th- and 14th-placed teams. The winner will be relegated, and the loser will advance to the knockout round 2-2.
Knockout 1-4: The 15th to 18th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The 15th-placed team has the right to choose an opponent from the 17th and 18th-placed teams. The winner goes to the knockout stage 2-2, the loser is relegated.
(2) 2nd round knockout:
Knockout 2-1: The losing team of the knockout stage 1-1 and the winning team of the knockout stage 1-2 will play a 64-deck knockout match. The winner is promoted, the loser is relegated.
Knockout 2-2: The losing team of Knockout 1-3 and the winning team of Knockout 1-4 will play a 64-deck knockout match. The team that ranks first among the four teams in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the third and fourth teams. The winner is relegated, the loser is relegated.
3. Team C: There are two stages.
Stage 1: The competition method will be determined according to the registration situation. The top 2 places are promoted, the 3rd to 6th place goes to the knockout stage 1-1, and the 7th to 10th place goes to the knockout stage 1-2.
Stage 2: Knockout.
(1) 1st round knockout:
Knockout 1-1: The 3rd to 6th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The third-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the fifth and sixth-placed teams. The winner is promoted, and the loser is eliminated 2-1.
Knockout 1-2: The 7th to 10th place in the first stage will play a 64-deck knockout. The 7th-placed team in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the 9th and 10th-placed teams. The winner goes to the knockout stage 2-1.
(2) 2nd round knockout:
Knockout 2-1: The 2 losers of the knockout 1-1 and the 2 winners of the knockout 1-2 will have a 64-deck knockout match. Among the 4 teams, the team ranked first in the first stage has the right to choose an opponent from the teams ranked third and fourth, and the winner will be promoted.
(2) Promotion and promotion quota:
1. A team:
Relegated 4 teams to the second division.
2. B team:
Promote 4 teams to the first-level team, and drop 6 teams to the C-level team.
3. Tier C team:
Promoted 6 teams to the second division.
(3) Adopt the "Chinese Bridge Competition Rules" approved by the Chinese Bridge Association.
(4) The drawing of lots will be presided over by the competition team of the conference and the chief referee.
(5) Each pair of players should bring a contract card in 3 copies. 1 copy should be submitted to the competition team for the record at the time of registration.
8. Admission ranking and awards
(1) The top 6 teams are admitted to the first-level team.
(2) The top 6 non-A clubs in the A-level teams (teams without registered professional players or teams whose qualifications for A-level clubs were suspended in 2011) shall retain 4 athletes with an attendance rate of more than 50% as registration in 2012 In the case of a full-time poker player, obtain the 2012 Class A club qualification.
(3) All levels of competitions will be awarded the master points of the Chinese Bridge Association according to the "Technical Grade Standards for Chinese Bridge Association Members".
9. Registration and Registration
(1) Registration:
1. All participating clubs must submit the registration form to the Chinese Bridge Association and the competition area before June 11. Overdue registration will be regarded as abstention.
2. Registration fee: 1,000 yuan per team, which should be sent to the address or account designated by the competition area when registering, otherwise the registration will not be accepted.
3. Change list:
(1) Within 10 days after the registration deadline, each team can submit a written change to the Chinese Bridge Association (including changing the team name, adding, reducing, changing athletes, and correcting registration errors, etc.).
(2) Those who change the list 10 days after the registration deadline must fill in the application form for changing the list and submit it to the competition team of the conference before the start of the first competition. Each change must pay a handling fee of 100 yuan.
(2) Registration:
The referee will report to the competition area 2 days before the game, and each team will report to the competition area 1 day before the game.
10. The selection method of the referee and the arbitration committee shall be formulated separately.
