Competition Rules of "Lianbixing Cup" Hainan Bridge Championship in 2011

1、 Date and place of competition

Check in at 9:30 on April 23, 2011.

From April 23 to 24, it was held at the Hainan Bridge Association Activity Center on the second floor of Xilong Business Hotel, No. 88, Longkun South Road, Haikou City.

4、 Participation methods

（1） Registration:

1. Public registration: Zhongqiao or Beibu Gulf Bridge Group (QQ Group No.: 37412439) or SMS (13907564139/13398910189).

2. Registration fee: 400 yuan/team (game deposit, penalty for waiver without cause).

（2） Check in: Check in at 9:30 on April 23 to hold the 2011 Hainan Bridge Association General Meeting.

（3） Each team can enroll 4-6 athletes.

（4） Each team shall bear its own costs.

5、 Competition method

（1） The competition adopts a single round robin system, with 16 cards in each round. Rank by accumulated VP points and IMP rate. If there are more than 10 teams, Swiss system will be adopted.

（2） The competition adopts the China Bridge Competition Rules approved by the China Bridge Association.

6、 Ranking and reward

The top 4 winners will be rewarded with the selection qualification and bonus for the 2011 Smart Games. The bonus distribution is as follows:

First place RMB 5000

The second place: 3000 yuan

2000 yuan for the third place

The fourth place: 1000 yuan

Hainan Bridge Association Activity Center, 2/F, Xilong Business Hotel, 88 Longkun South Road, Haikou

8、 Accommodation

（1） The accommodation and breakfast are provided by each team.

（2） The host is responsible for the dinner on the 23rd and 24th.

9、 The methods for the selection of referees and arbitration committees shall be separately prescribed.

10、 Matters not covered herein shall be notified separately.
