Rules of Gansu Provincial Bridge Class A Championship

1、 Time and place:


From April 30 to May 2, 2011, it was held in the provincial bridge activity center (No. 262, Railway West Village, Lanzhou City).


2、 Qualification:


1. All participants must be members of Gansu Bridge Association or clubs.


2. Participating teams: Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. Team 1 and Team 2, Gansu Electric Power Company, Baiyin Group, Lanzhou Tianhe Club, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, Gansu Locomotive Club, Gansu Kangshou Club and all teams promoted in 2010.


3. Participants must be members of the China Bridge Association and comply with the relevant provisions of the membership registration and transfer procedures of the Provincial Bridge Association.


4. Each team can report one leader (or coach) and 4-6 athletes.


3、 Competition method:


1. The Chinese Bridge Competition Rules (1999 edition) approved by the China Bridge Association, the Chinese Bridge Association's Double Entry Contract Bridge Judgment Law (for trial implementation) in 2006 and the supplementary provisions on bridge competitions in Gansu Province shall be implemented.


2. The competition is conducted in a single round robin, playing 16 pairs of cards in each round, ranking by accumulated VP.


4、 Arrangement:


The number of each team is arranged according to the position of the last competition. Two teams from the same unit meet in the first round.


5、 Competition procedure:


1. When playing the same cards in the whole court, the players should distribute the cards for competition according to the requirements of the referee, and carefully copy the card types, playing one pair as one pair.


2. Beijia is responsible for managing, taking and placing the game cards, and the East and West are responsible for checking. All players are responsible for ensuring that the card table procedure is correct.


3. Players should take the cards from the correct card set orientation. After confirming the card type card orientation and the number of cards are correct, they can see the cards and card type cards. During the game, the deck is always placed in the center of the table. After playing, the cards should also be put back into the deck correctly. After that, no player is allowed to look at the cards.


4. Nanjia is responsible for accurately and completely filling in the score sheet in duplicate that needs to be submitted to the referee's desk. The owner is responsible for filling in the score sheet retained by his team, checking with the score sheet filled by Nanjia, and signing for confirmation after playing all the game cards. Then the winning team (or the home team if the VP is the same) is responsible for sending the first copy of the score sheet recorded by Nanjia in the opening and closing room to the referee table within 8 minutes after the deadline of each round of the specified match time. If the scoresheet is not submitted on time, the responsible party will score as waiver, and the non responsible party will score as per the actual competition results.


5. It is strictly forbidden to make secret agreements. All agreed bids (including the customary tacit understanding between partners) must be reminded to the other party in a timely manner in accordance with the provisions (except for those that may not be reminded according to the provisions or required by the other party).


6. Once the bid card of any legal bid is placed on the push plate, it cannot be changed, while the illegal bid must be changed immediately.


7. During bidding, all inquiries and explanations shall be made in writing.


8. Time limit: 2 hours and 5 minutes for 16 pairs of cards


The referee can stop playing cards according to the needs of the competition time, but the cards that have started the bidding stage must be played completely, and the points will be deducted according to the corresponding standards if the time is exceeded. The violator will be given a procedural punishment for the card not played, and 1VP will be deducted for each card. The deduction is the sum of the points deducted by both parties. If both parties are responsible, 1/2 of the prescribed deduction will be deducted for each card.


9. The time limit for correcting errors is 30 minutes after the official score is published.


10. Psychological bidding is prohibited. It is prohibited to use unusual bidding systems such as weak open call and highly unconventional (brown conventional call) conventional bidding.


11. It is prohibited to use mobile communication tools in the game. For those who do not answer or watch, 2VP of the relevant team will be deducted; Those who have answered or watched will be disqualified for the round. The contestants who appear many times will be further punished until they are disqualified.


12. Smoking is prohibited in the competition field. Violators will be fined 2VP and fined as required. The contestants who appear many times will be further punished until they are disqualified.


13. Respect the referee, obey the verdict, respect the opponent, respect the partner, and do not abuse or use insulting language during the game. Once found, 0.5-2VP will be deducted from the relevant team. In case of repeated appearance or persuasion, those who do not correct will be given further punishment according to the seriousness of the case until they are disqualified.


14. The bidding system and attack signals used must be filled in the appointment card in detail and brought to the venue. The players without the appointment card will be given a procedural punishment.


6、 Representations:


1. The competition has an arbitration committee to accept the complaints.


2. All complaints must be submitted to the Chief Judge within 30 minutes after the end of the round, and the written materials and the complaint fee of RMB 50 must be submitted.


7、 Ranking and reward:


1. The first six winners will be admitted in the competition, with one medal for the first winner, six gold medals, and 60 provincial masters (3); One medal for the second place, six silver medals, and 40 provincial masters (2); One medal for the third place, six bronze medals, and 30 provincial masters (1); The fourth provincial master is divided into 20; The fifth provincial master is divided into 10; The sixth provincial master is divided into five.


2. The teams that won the ninth place in the competition and later were demoted to Class B in 2012.


8、 Other


1. The deadline for the entry of the teams is April 25. 2. Each team must pay an entry fee of 100 yuan; At the same time, pay group and individual dues of the year.
